Unimart at Capitol Commons reviews
44Rude manager. Very slow cashier. A lot of fresh produce not available. You will go out disappointed.
Toilets don't have toilet paper. You have to go outside the room to buy those and you need the old 5 peso coin. Such an inconvenience to customers who need to use the toilet and discover it's missing the necessities.
This is a nice place to shop for your groceries but if you're looking for something they had a week ago they may not have it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also in your way while you're trying to shop. It's not easy shopping in a store where employees are in your way in many of the aisles. We would probably buy more if they weren't in the way. Most of the time I can't see what's behind their work carts to see if I need something. Give it a try and see what you think.
The supermarket itself is not pet friendly. But outside the supermarket area, they are pet friendly. Price of goods are higher than your typical mall price. I compared it myself.
Honestly, Unimart is not my first choice when it comes to supermarket shopping. Finding what I need tends to be a very hit and miss. Personal favourites are usually hard to locate, and the international section is a bit weak compared to other outlets.
The saving grace of this place has to be the fresh produce section. Unimart is a front runner in that department by a country mile.
This is a nice place to shop for your groceries. It has everything we are looking for. Very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the problems I have are people bringing their pets with them into the store. I really don't like dog hair in my food. The second thing is they keep the temperature in the store like a refrigerator. We have never shopped in a store so cold. It's not easy shopping in a place so cold. We would probably shop longer if it wasn't so cold. I don't know what the electric bill is, but you would think they would like to save a little money on that also. Give it a try and see what you think. Don't forget to bring your winter coat, scarf, gloves, and hat. LOL.
I have come here only a couple of times so far, both on weekend mornings. I guess it's before the store gets too crowded as I haven't experienced the long queues to the counters, although I observed long lines to the ATMs in front of the supermarket. They have a fairly good inventory of items, well organized on shelves, and aisles are wide enough. I like the atmosphere as it gives me a relaxed vibe; but again, I don't know when it gets too crowded. There are food stalls in the hallway, plus a Jollibee and Burger King. There's also a bank (PNB), which used to be open on Saturdays but not anymore.
The place is clean and orderly.restrooms are clean and not smelly. Choices of fastfood stores are good.
There are cheaper supermarkets, but Unimart is one of the best. Simply by selling cider beers which is not available to some local supermarkets. Also, there are variety of foods and ice cream and snacks that has been imported globally. Hopefully, point system could be linked to AirAsia or CebuPac. Haha
They have free parking if your groceries reach above P1500; staff are always helpful. There are lots of concessions outside the grocery area. Once stop shop for errands - laundromat, pet groomers, etc.
This is one of my favorit grocery/supermarket.they have everything.hardware, school supplies, food, etc.
Clean space with sufficient parking. Reasonable prices of grocery items. Parking is free for 1st 2 hours with a purchase of 1000 pesos otherwise you pay 50 pesos for 3 hours.
Wide space to shop around, fresh poultry beef pork fish.varied veggies.clean well maintained.food stalls for quick bites.with parking space.with service shops @ d basement.note: pipe-in music @ d supermart not suitable for shopping, makes u sleepy.
Price of goods are a little bit low than the major supermarket. Variety of products. Very helpful staff. Wish they have basket/basket cart (like the one in SM supermarket) for those who are buying a few items.
Update: they have baskets now
Spacious and well- stocked with local and imported brands. Parking validation for free 2 hours with p500 worth of groceries.
Groceries here for your weeklong stock. The isles have adequate passageways for your trolley. You use the ramps or the elevator for your trolley going to the parking below. You can pay your parking ahead or at the gate exit. You can also grab Jolibee on the way before going if your are hungry or one of the restaurants.
I love going to Supermarket.to buy things for my needs and the needs of others.specially if the supermarkets are known for their services and cheap prices of goods. They made my life easy!
This is an OG supermarket. They have good prices, good assortment and the vegetables are high quality. You also get 2 hours free parking if you buy P2500. Just make sure you go to the Unimart parking lot which is closest to Shaw Blvd.
All my needs are here! Grocery, laundry, alteration, repairs and I can also walk my dog. Very convenient and best location to park. Easy to go around especially during the pandemic.
My favorite supermarket to do grocery shopping. Clean, convenient, accessible, reasonable prices. Lots of selection of local and imported items. One stop shop for
Management should work on training their baggers in segregating in wet and dry goods, they should be more focus and alert.
