UnionBank of the Philippines - Shaw Boulevard

I visited this branch twice to open an account because I couldn't get an approval online, 1st visit they said they're going to call me but I didn't receive any call from them. After a couple of weeks I went back to open an account but still they said "we'll call you w/in the day". Employees here are lazy to do their job.

Bad experience at this branch. There's a monitor that displayed when will be your turn to the counter but there's also a line physically. I've waited half an hour because of this.

Sobrang tagal ng mga teller. Then, may glitch yung sa pagkakasunod sunod ng pangalan bago tawagin. I waited 2 and a half hours tapoa nawala lang sa list pangalan ko. Hindi accomodating mga staff don. Please improve.

This is my third time to come to this bank and each time I spent at least 2hours in the bank waiting to get hold of a customer service representative. The rep is always usually professional and helpful though.

The facade of this Unionbank branch has improved considerably from what I used to encounter before.
