Urban Smiles Dental Clinic Manila

All doctors are professional and nurse is super Kind. I'm almost 3 years in this clinic and the service is nothing to change we're also good all the time thank you so much.

I was surprised how rude the dentists are, they always seem to be in a hurry and seem angry when you ask them to do something else, at other Dental Clinics they prefer more work, and here the solution is always a root canal, even if it's just fillings. I paid +20k for the fillings, it's okay even if it's expensive, just don't be rude.

Pricey! They were very promising at first because of the low DP for dental braces but apparently you still have to continue paying even after finishing your contract. The infection control fees and consultation fee they added during this pandemic add to the burden of your already costly monthly dues. Won’t recommend.

When it comes to dental care, Urban Smiles Dental Clinic has lifted the bar! The entire staff is absolutely delightful and accommodating! And the doctors genuinely care about your well-being!

I'm very pleased with the service. Staff is very friendly which i feel very comfortable and relaxed during the visit, I would strongly recommend urban smile to all my friends.

Kinda have a little problem with scheduling but service is good as well as the assistance. Safety Protocol is strictly observed.

I had many fillings, now after a month many have fallen out I don't know what to do because I cannot go back to get them fixed since I'm not in Philippines, even if I wanted to. I can't even eat properly now.

Very dissatisfied. Went for a oral prophylaxis session and I felt the dentist did a less than minimum effort to clean my teeth and I believe that he charged me double because I answered him that I haven't done it in a year.

If your a health card owner, they won't allow you to book on weekend and only from Mon-Fri 9am -3pm and that is just too bad.

If you're already in PAIN better go somewhere else, their APPOINTMENT system is a DISAPPOINTMENT.

Nothing bad to say as a tourist in the Philippines. The staff is professional and the premises are very modern and clean. Very reasonable priced and you can pay with a card too. European standards in my eyes. Recommended!

A good clinic around is what im looking for, just wondering why a couple of the reviewers of this clinic reviewed all branches, many of them at exactly the same time. Im sorry, but that looks to me like many of the reviews are not genuine. Looking around clinics here to find a good one and noticed that, hope to get a sufficient answer to help my decision.

The place is nice and has a home-y feeling. Staffs are very accommodating. Dentists are very knowledgeable about their craft and they really give you options before performing procedures. Definitely, one of the most recommended dental clinic.

Again service and staff at this branch and the other Urban Smiles branches are the best of the best!

This place is very accommodating because it gives its customers an easy time especially with the appointment you just have to go there and you dont have to wait. Also so far they have what they need.

I highly recommend Urban Smiles Dental Clinic Manila. They really pamper and take great care of your dental needs.
