I am writing to you to report my disappointment in the poor customer service and hospitality provided by your staff, from security guards to counters. As a Filipino migrant, I strongly believe that we should be treated with respect and given the proper attention that we deserve as customers.

Firstly, there were long waiting times without any frequent updates or advisories provided to customers. This caused a great deal of frustration and discomfort to myself and other customers. This is not my first time experiencing discomfort at VFS located in San Marcelino, Malate. The services are very poor.

Furthermore, the staff members were rude and disrespectful in their manner of communication. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect positively on your organization.

As a frequent customer of your company, I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I believe that your organization can greatly benefit from improving your customer service and hospitality, which will lead to greater customer satisfaction and retention.

Overall experience was not fine. Over crowded. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. Although they have this water station for free water for all the applicants and good confort room for urinals and clean. The reservation and appointment was procedures was followed but unfortunately they closed some regional branches this is the reason the service was delayed. I had an appointment for 2: 30pm I finished the whole porcess at 7: 45 pm. The staff and the security was very accommodating and easily to approach.

Bakit may walk in service fee? Dahil daw walang Middle Name sa appointment kaya pinapa walkin nila which costs 4,000php ung mother in law ko did not pay walkin service fee sa VFS Abu Dhabi at take note wala rin Middle initial sa appointment niya all 3 appointment letters niya walang middle name pero pinapasok sya.mukhang may something fishy dyan sa VFS manila

Remember do not bring any bags and mobile phones kaysa magbayad ka sa locker area nila.pero mabilis ang service nila be 1hr early for your time schedule.

Yesterday was my appointment for submitting my documents in VFS. I would like to commend all the staff who accommodated me for being courteous, from security until to the staff assigned in biometric. All my queries have been addressed immediately and they are responding in a very professional way.
The processing took a bit long because they are very meticulous with the data that you will submit and, also they are making sure that it is the same as what was entered in their system, which is two tumbs up for me.
However, there was a female staff just a bit rude to an old lady. I just wish that she can be more careful with her words when dealing to elderly people since in this age they are not familiar with the new technology or how it really works. Instead, you should have offered to help.
Moreover, thank you very much and keep up the good work!

An amazing and very smooth experience. I came 2 hours earlier before my biometry appointment and had to print the necessary documents needed. The guards was very helpful in telling me where to find a computer shop nearby. I was allowed to be inside the waiting area in the mezzanine floor even if my appointment time is still an hour later. The whole process took me 20mins max. There’s a baggage section which cost 40php but it’s no big deal. The room was secured and locked. A big thanks to Ms. Stella for accommodating me. Very warm and friendly.

The baggage counter collects 40 PESOS. That's very expensive for our part. This is absolutely unjust for us. They should take responsibility because that's our belongings but we had to pay? They're taking advantage for the Filipino overseas! HORRIBLE!

Done my biometrics today. Smooth trasactions. Mababait yung mga staff pati yung mga gaurds. Ina assist kami ng mabuti sa lahat ng steps ng procedures hangang matapos ang aming biometrics. Please be reminded lang na bawal mag dala ng bags. Only wallet at mobile phone pero dapat naka off basta andun na sa premises ng vfs-tasheel. Good job po and keep up the good work. Di ko lang alam yung ibang reviews na pangit daw ang kanilang experience. So ako naman ay nag worry habang nabasa ko ang mga past reviews. Pero nung ako na kanina okay naman. Mababait at magalang naman ang mga staff pati yung mga gaurds.

Getting a visa has taken a month for my family and me. All because the people at VFS insisted we had to get new documents because they “might” not be accepted. We did, we did get new documents, but they failed to mention we had to get a stamp for it as well. It's taken days, no, weeks to get the stamp. The staff was not at all helpful and was vague every time we asked a question. We’ve already had to reschedule our flight, which has cost us a lot of money already. Please do NOT make us reschedule it again. We are from the province and we had to travel to Manila thrice now for the visa but EVERY TIME we come back to the province we still have NO visa and a lot of money was wasted. All I want is for my sister and me to see my father while not wasting his hard-earned money because of something completely avoidable.

If it’s possible, please cover ALL of the needed documents PROPERLY. I would not like for another family to go through the same situation my family is facing. Do better VFS.

I opted for a standard appointment and was catered within 1 hour. That was fast!

Thanks to the very accommodating staff of VFS Tasheel.

P. S. Phones must be turned off within the vicinity of the agency. Make sure that you wear shoes during your application. No bags allowed inside. They have a designated baggage counter.

The Staffs here are very rude to their client. They say bad words at the back of their clients after they worked on his/her data. The receptionist are very rude. The cashier is grumpy and threatening the client to pay lower bill or else. And the encoder was forcing the client to push the Smiley or Good survey device, not giving a chance to push the bad service button. I hope the management will read this and train your staff to treat the client nice because we are paying an exact amount.we deserve to have a better treatment.

Went yesterday @730am but unfortunately the system is down they just help us check our documents & they've tried to wait also for update until in the afternoon 2pm. They just gave some instructions on what we will do instead.

Full process/Lounge not agency - thankfully we received text that the system is working so we travel asap including Biometrics
Thankfully w FREE simcard
Prepare 13k each - Family visit

Submission time/Office hours
7-2pm Mon to Fri (Pandemic Situation but time may differ upon advise)
You need to set an appointment online

Normal Process Agency or Not

The difference are you Pay higher & with Priority lane

Parking space not many first come first serve in front of vfs I think 2 cars & motors
TIPS:
1 Tie your hair, Proper attire bring ballpen
2 Turn off your cellphones
3 Bring only all your documents
4 Baggage counter - friendly @ Php40
5 Make sure 2x2 pix zoom in white background size 1 thumb (face) there's nearby photo shop
6 Prepare your cash payment (addtional for Insurance) & delivery via LBC 2-3 days I think

Guards will assisst you though at times they we're strict specially on cps understandable for security purposes

Lunch break 12nn - 1PM
With waiting area 2nd flr
Comfort room are well maintained 1 cubicle w bidet tissue & hand soap
Food not allowed & smoking

If no parking you may ask nearby establishments if you can park for awhile you may just give some amount, in our experience Caltex staff allowed us to stay for awhile thank you & 1 guard accross Epifanio School. Though some are not flexi to be of help

Overall 30mins process per person
Hoping to improve their system specially for those who travel far & for some who doesn't have extra allowance

More than 2 weeks the system is down, our families coming from very far cities, if the system is always down, dont waste our time, money, and effort for going and coming again, if the system is really down inform us by email. Really very bad experience
