Victoria Court Balintawak Caloocan

It's my husband and I first time to go to VC Balintawak.its actually my birthday celebration, I have a very bad experience actually It's really creepy, I felt unsafe and not relax I don't know but we will not defintenly come back to your place, price is really notworth it i felt like they gave us the very least room that they have.
The stairs are dirty and inside the room the blower and tables have a dust like its a very long time that the room does not use, linens are very dirty and the smell like they didn't wash them. We actually make a reservation so I expect that they will clean the room before we arrive to your place but not Im very dissapointed. Room is big but its not enough that the room is big, most important is your room is clean and you feel relax, It's really dirty, glass door in the rest room is very dirty! I need to call thrice for our breakfast. Like the staff didn't listen to what i am saying! Actually in the first place there is no person in the frontdesk we actually want to cancel the reservation because there is no one assisting us. They don't even greet us. We went to many hotels before some are small but most important is their rooms are clean and they have a good service so you feel welcome and relax. We will definetly NOT go to your place anymore some of my friends told me that your service and place are good. BUT base on my experience I can even give you zero for the service and cleanliness! Very dissapointed with your room and service!

Super thankful na dito ko naiwan relo ng asawa ko after 6days of that time na nh check out kme. Safe and waiting for us n lng ung branch para kunin ulit ung watch ng asawa ko. Ung place kc para samin ng pamilya ko ee super nice na dhil ng eenjoy mag ama ko kya lgi kme bmbalik but this time ung mabalik ung importanteng gamit nyo? Sobrang enjoyment para sakin at dun sa mga staff ng branch mula ky sir arnold (property mamager). Branch manager. Hanggang staff sobrang salamat s inyo

Spent three nights here after staying in the squats with my girlfriends family all you need and clean good food friendly staff what more do you need

The staff were rude that it ruined the mood of our stay. We waited long for our room to be ready. They don't even know how to greet their client. When asked for services and rates, they didn't give much options. They will lure you to higher rates even though lower rates are available.
