There is no clear price sign here for guests to browse. I have stayed here four times recently, with the same room and the same time each time, but the price is different. For example, the 12-hour large room sometimes the waiter told me is 4500, sometimes 4800. Sometimes it's 4,200 pesos. When I last checked in, it was 3,300 pesos. Sometimes if you ask the waiter why the price fluctuates, he will tell you that it is the hotel's regulation.

Felt being scammed after automatic cancellation. Lost my hard earned money 100+ Euros without staying in this hotel. It’s really frustrating they cancel it during my flight, and then rebooked without my knowledge.

My mga daga po sa mga rooms nyo.kumuha kami 2 rooms pero both rooms meron daga, kinain mga foods namin.

Irresponsible people at the customer service. No infos on how to use their services. Porke quarantine ka lang, cge lang pasok ka na lang, bahala kana. But the roomboys are good. Im really dissapointed

Terrible, staffs are rude the way they answered about room availability. Maybe they are busy using their phone while on duty. Totally disrespectful. This are all happened today around 2: 30am 4/14/2019

Our money around 300USD in the safe box is gone. This hotel is really can't put anything in save box. The bad guy is still no find out.

I stayed here one night it looked really nice on the inside but has a dirty feel. I woke up in the middle of the night with the back if my legs and nifht gown sticky. I tried to just clean it off with a wet wash cloth and I wouldn't come off then I took a shower and had to scrub just to get it close to off I was so grossed out it was nasty places need to wash bedding after each stay I examined the sheets after I got cleaned up and found clean sticky residue on the bed sheets that has hair stuck in it

The room was different from the pictures I booked online. The rate online is much more expensive than their rate posted outside the hotel. I paid 4,201 pesos online for 2 nights while their rate was 980 only per night posted outside. It wasn't worth my money. The floor was dirty. Room service was good though, the front desk who handle the phone was very nice and accommodating, they serve our food fast. All in all it was ok and not going back.

Good rates. Nice rooms. Slow internet. Good location near airport and Mall of Asia. I just don’t like how they will come knocking in the middle of the night if it is checkout time. Then they will ask for payment on the spot for extending my stay and charge the minimum rate 2 hours. Will stay somewhere else from now on. Not the safest neighborhood for walking around at night. Tired of the hassle.

We stayed there from July 3 to 5 of 2022. I notice when we r going to our room in the stair it's smells tobacco then I said, whys the smell is like this the next day in the stair is not smelling tabaco. 2nd thing I book with welcome drinks but we didn't recieve any. The kuya guard always asking if we r going to check out when the time we get down from our room but I think its OK he's just doing his job. The staff is nice they assist us when we have something to ask. The location is near in every nice spot in manila. So all in all our stay was just OK. Still thank you.

Room very smelly if tobacco and the bathroom was very dirty by lime stone discoloration. But the worst was the mosquitos. I had 12 bites when I woke up!

Staffs were helpful, but the security near entrance was super annoying, everytime I wanna leave the hotel for shopping, he asked me whether wanna check out and I shaked my head to deny, he yelled at me rudely and asked me to go to reception. I felt being offended so I said NO and leave. Secondly, the staff refuse to send my food delivery to my room and refuse to let the delivery guy for door step delivery, I need to go down to collect my food instead, incovenient. Lastly, MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE INSIDE THE ROOM!

Just an ordinary place to stay for few hours. We too the room without parking for overnight stay and it was ok from inside but there was a weird smell throughout our stay. It was also packed completely and was a bit dingy and I would recommend to stay here only if you have no other option.
Welcome drink was served so giving one additional star:)

The room was clean and comfortable.
The bed was good and it had hot shower with good pressure.
Okay value for the money.
Checkout time is 24h after you checked in, so checking in at 7pm, then checking out at the same time the day you leave.
Was nice as I could keep the room till I had do head to the airport.

It's kind of a weird place.
Stuff is weird and it felt strange being there.
Aircon was very loud.
No window in the room.

It was just a rebranded Victoria court. The room was really romantic and big. Complete toiletries and clean room.

For 2 star hotel this is a lot better than most 3 star hotel.the room is spacious and clean.the staff was friend and accomodating

The room and cleaning staff are good. Wifi can only be accessed by one person for some reason. Close to mall but very heavy traffic.

Quiet place. Bit old but still better than newer ones. Needs more cleaning on jacuzzi. Stains are visible on the tiles on jacuzzi room. Paid 2k for 12hrs. Experience was really good. Sheets were clean. I give it 4 stars not perfect but good.

This place is amazing, the price / value is the best I've had so far (travelling lots). At check-in we were asked for php1000 for a safety deposit which sounded dodgy so we declined it and staff told us "it's ok". I've never had to put a deposit for a hotel / motel booking, I recon this is not ok and I'd like to hear if this is hotel standard there? Otherwise amazing place!
