Victoria Court Gil Puyat reviews
28Worst hotel ive stayed in. Room smell like cigarettes. The floor is dirty. Wifi connection is so poor! I paid 3950 for a dirty room.
Customer Service 3/10 = Unpolite Crew
Safety and Privacy 1/10 = Damaged Window lock.
Cleanliness 5/10 = Foreign substances scattered around entertainment room.
Food 4/10 = Overpriced.
Masyadong maliit yung room parang good for 1 person lang, tapos ang lalaki ng mga lamok.horror pa yung kumukurap kurap yung ilaw.lol
The location was quite picturesque, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The rooms were comparable to those found in high-end, star-rated hotels
Expected to arrive in a nice hotel but we just canceled our booking because we were disappointed at what we saw.hotel photos are deceiving, and we lost time and money going there.
Too noisy in the morning, can't have a good sleep. Also the price is more expensive than the price list in the room
Tried different room on the ground floor. The room we had was spacious and has better lighting and wallpaper than what we had before. The room has good wifi connection and we had a smart tv with netflix-which is great. I hope all rooms will be the same; we had a regular cable tv from the last time were here. The downside is that I think our room is next to the staff's area and we could hear them from our room also in the shower (which is a little awkward) so I think this is something to improve, but overall great experience!
Good ambiance and comforable bed i prefer this insread of the nearby sogo hotel more value with lesser spendings. Security also is on point.
It's a nice but pretty worn out place.
Formerly, Victoria court place is a bit old.
So here are my thoughts:
Pros (+) Cons (-)
- Stayed in a suite and booked via AGODA. Suite costs 3500 for 24hours pero mas got it at agoda for 3600+ so mas mahal. Not sure if you can stay shorter but inside the room may nakalagay na 3500 24 hours.
+ Fast check in. Like less than 5-8 mins naka akyat na sa room.
- Parking space was absolutely worn out bakbak kisame. It was spacious tho.
- Double doors. Pero yung unang door ang hirap isara at kelangan mo pang idiin para masara. Second door is mukhang bago bago pa.
- Lights between the double doors make a clicking sound and namamatay sya from time to time in random. Not sure if broken yung sensor or what, but it brings out a creepy vibe dinagdagan pa na visible yung kalumaan ng establishment.
± Slept with lights out. No ghost felt and spotted
+ Bed is huge and could like fit 4 people.
+ Clean sheets
+ Two AC unit. One sa may bed area another one sa may karaoke area.
+ May jacuzzi. Spacious bathroom.
- Yung jacuzzi is hindi malinis totally.
+ Hot and cold water works like magic.
+ Toothpaste, shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer
- No comb. May mini cooler or fridge ata yun pero di nman nakaka lamig hahaha may ilaw lng.
+ Karaoke machine is nice. Good mic and awesome sounds but the songs ain't updated tho pero saks lng nman.
+ Staff were friendly and accomodating i guess. Didn't deal with them much.
+ PWEDE MAGPA GRAB FOOD. Mag pa deliver ng food.
- They have in house food menu. Pero 300+ ang prices. Bit pricey for me tho. Ordered via grab food instead.
- No free breakfast. If you book online via agoda, don't expect na ihohonor yung free breakfast na included.
There was no glasses cups or any beverages in the room i couldn't even get a room key (broken lock)
they had no idea that i was booked in for 3 nights
i couldn't even park my car at my room they had another vehicle there
no house cleaning i had to ring up and ask for it to be done one of the staff decided to give him self a 400 peso tip I wanted to use the hot tub but it looked to unclean when full (not sanitized) and the stuff that come out of the pipes i have no idea what it was
One of the staff members was extremely rude to one of my guests For three days i had water running across my bathroom that i had to step over everytime i went to the toilet leaking from underneath the spa/hot tub
Too many more things to mention i just want to put it behind me
This place is very nice environment but I'm quarantine at here almost 21 days, then this place internet connection very unstable, around two or three days I'm using data is more faster than hotel wifi. Now I'm was using almost half and hour to upload this comment
Victoria court rooms are always excellent. They only accepting 12hour stays. Gcas payment is also available.
Interior is good, but service is very cheap as they keep asking for money (whatever bought from them) calling even at 3am when we are deep in sleep in their hotel. Very disappointing!
Its ok, mejo yung room lang na binigay samin is amuy yosi, I dont smoke and have asthma so it triggered my allergies had to run out and get medicine
Great place. Nice private and quiet place to stay. Food was really lovely. This place is a very memorable place for me.
A very accommodating place with friendly and helpful staff. And their rooms are just as equivalent as those found in high star hotels (we stayed at the Deluxe room). Also, the chef gave lots of love making breakfast, reminds me much of home cooking.
My definite place to stay ️
Very accomodating price for 12 hrs for walkins are affordable and rooms are very neat nice and has a great ambiance
Decent as usual with the same level of VC service and quality! All rooms are different and got one of their suites this time with a pool table! Smaller and less rooms so this place can be full during peak hours!
Relatively inexpensive but windowless hotel with acceptable room service food a couple of blocks from the JAC liner & other bus stations
Rooms are quite good and staff is helpful. Close to malata and makati. Is a motel actually which means mostly people visit with their cars or motorcycles. They have private garages. They request 1000 pesos for room key, otherwise they do not give a key and everytime you go in, staff open the door which is weird.
