Good food. Found some hairs and a fingernail, but mistakes happen. But if you show up without an appointment, expect to be waiting. Always get an appointment, as the no appointment wait time is long. If your number is higher than 25, expect to eat for 30 minutes or less. If your number is 30 or higher, don't expect to eat at all

Wonderful experience celebrating my mom's birthday there with her and my girlfriend. Thanks a lot to Kuya Ryan for making her night a little more better. Great service!

We seated outside, flies and cats moving around us while we ate. We were not allowed to dish food by ourselves

You are always getting the best value for your money.i like how extensive the choices are from japanese to italian to filipino and mexican food.and the taste is not being compromised.might be the best place to celebrate as drinks/beer are also served unlimited.

Nice place to eat tons of food at once. If you wanna eat more food you can go to the toilet and purge. But don’t do that.

Food is great although I remember a few years ago that there were more food to choose from. Perhaps because of this COVID pandemic they are cost cutting.

Been here more times than I can count. Still an experience when dining. Hopefully everything goes back to normal para makabalik na ulit since the new normal does not appeal well with buffets

I came here yesterday, March 19,2021 with my girlfriend. We stood in line, observing the COVID-19 protocols. We were initially required to scan the QR code for contact tracing but we didn't have mobile data at the time and so, as per the receptionist then, we couldn't come in. She was insisting that we had to have mobile data to fill up the online form and submit it. (In retrospect, it's just weird how Vikings in Makati immediately provided manual contact tracing forms one time when we chose not to bring our mobile phones.) So we stood there, starving, exhausted by the heat, and politely asked her to let us fill up the manual forms instead. This young lady looks at us in frustration, rolled her eyes, then faintly she says "We have limited copies of those. " Then off she goes to get her phone and scan the QR code for us. She then asks for our contact information which we immediately gave her. She looks at me then asked, "Ilang taon na po kayo? ". I'm 18 and employed, but she still had to ask for my ID. I then presented my company ID. My name and picture on it, and the company's name. She then proceeds to ask where my date of birth is indicated, which isn't printed on my ID, unfortunately. At that point, I was already too frustrated to even want to eat. Literally all we wanted to do that day was eat and enjoy our rest day, and she really took the extra mile to keep us from doing any of that. In the end, we just had to leave and look somewhere else where we weren't required to have mobile data. Lol. Vikings MOA, this is ridiculous. Part of customer service is going the extra mile to give your customers the service they're paying for. Not the other way around. Manual contract tracing forms should always be available as an alternative for those who choose not to bring smart phones or have mobile data. And it is certainly not the customer's problem or responsibility if you can't deliver that. I expected more from you guys. I'm very disappointed. I do not recommend this place.

My first buffet since pandemic. Covid19 protocols are observed. Not too crowded. Wearing of face mask is mandatory when walking around the buffet area. They implemented assisted buffet, which is okay -they just need to ensure staff is always available at every food station and accommodating and very much willing to assist diners. Didn't enjoy much of the food though. Didn't try all cuisines. Some didn't taste/look good (old food, not fresh). Their food selection was way better pre-pandemic. I enjoyed the puto bumbong, although it wasn't served with muscovado sugar.

Vikings is one of the most popular buffet restaurants in Metro Manila, with the unique "Eat All You Can, No left Over" promo. The restaurant offers a wide range of flavors and drinks at reasonable prices. This is their branch in SM Mall of Asia complex, near the seaside esplanade area, in Pasay City.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We planned to have lunch and got reservation around 9am. Then nung pagdating namin sasabihin na hanggang 12noon holding time. I was not informed na may holding time sila and if I know, we will not be late. We’re 5 to 10 mins from MOA lang. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

New covid19 protocols are in effect. It's a lot less crowded now too
Foodwise, variety is good. Quality is okay.

Health protocol is well-observed. Assisted-buffet so there is incharge in each station that serve food to customers. Fulfilling menu.

Due to pandemic some food before pandemic was not available. Better to reserve a slot in advance so that your not in waiting lists, other than that all good.

My sister celebrated her birthday here. Numerous set of dishes to choose from. Had easy refills on sushi which is my favorite. Tempura's always all out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and had time to bond with my brother and sisters.
