Vista Cinemas reviews
47Ambiance outside the cinema is good. Cinema has dolby atmos which is a plus. But i did not enjoy watching because of the seat. It was very uncomfortable. Also their free popcorn is stale, it’s not even a whole serving of popcorn unlike the other cinemas we went to.
Cozy and clean. We had fun and definitely recommend their cinemas. Will watch lots of fims here with my mom.
We came in a minute or two late. When we arrived, no one was there to check any of our tickets. Could've watched a movie for free.lol!
Vista Cinemas can definitely give a first impression of "premium", but the closer you look, it falls short where it's important.
Rumors of "uncleaned" cinema screens happen to be true, and promotional materials from films as far back as four years ago still scatter the place as if a mini-museum of unclaimed, undisposed cinema cardboards. Even the bathroom has a poster of a flopped film, maybe just to remind people it existed.
I wager that there is also not enough time between screenings. Even with a full clean staff the short window of time isn't enough to prepare a theater to at least be a decent sit-down without the chance of stepping on dried-up iced tea. Personally had to wipe the remnants of a drink off my seat.
Some row indicators are difficult to see, and there weren't enough ushers to guide the elderly/PWD (at least from what I observed in two theaters and a full day of watching).
Concession stands I heard used to check for vaccine cards, but they didn't seem to bother looking even at the tickets anymore. This rather bumps up my review 3-stars instead of 2, whereas if you had a random piece of paper and a nice hello, you could get a bag of popcorn and a drink for free.
To be fair, the Dolby Atmos setups are GREAT, and the IMAX Laser is what this place thinks makes it a go-to. I also highly appreciate the seating outside and a decent amount of bathrooms.
Verdict: They can get all state-of-the-art as much as they like, but ultimately, looking at the small things that make up a "viewing experience", much like all the other "experiences" at Evia - I don't think this place is as invested with running a theater, outside of charging people a premium price.
It's okay, but not really as good as the reputation most believe.
We watched Avengers: Endgame here during its opening day. IMAX Theater here is phenominal. Will have to watch a movie here again. Quite pricey though
Too expensive for the general viewer. Not worth it if one is watching drama movie which doesn't have much effects. Better go to other cinemas instead.
Nice place to hang out with family or friends, it closes late too so you can go there after work and relax, eat good food and watch movies
Great Cinema! Just like other Vista Cinema Though a little bit pricey compared to others, it is worth it. The quality of the projector, the sound system is great. It transports you, as if you are in the movie itself, more so if your gonna watch at the first Imax laser in asia here at Evia. You will be getting what you paid for. Vista Cinemas is neat and clean, the space is enough to accommodate not too big of a crowd, which I like because you can concentrate with the movie your watching. The ambiance, the surroundings, and the crowd is perfectly fine. Overall, I don't mind the price, as long as the experience is unforgettable, just like here at Vista Cinema Evia Lifetstyle Center.
Best in cinema in town. But the cinema food counter selection and quality is not good at all. Even the poocorns are awful. So eat at the restaurants instead and dont bvb r b.f en bother with the free ice tea n stuff. But the cinema and IMAX IMAX specially is awesome. Clean not crowded and amazing sound system.
An emerging upscale mall with great stores, superb IMAX Theatre and good food. Definitely a place to visit.
Nice movie house - clean, comfortable seats
But the quantity of their big size popcorn is not fair. Better buy your popcorn in Taters and it cheaper.
Nobody is answering our calls at this number 87881612. It, s past 10am already! The mall just opened but where are all the staff? Tsk!
Its a new concept in cinemas and i love it. Good comfy seats but a little pricy. Value for money.
A bit pricy, but the cinema is clean and fancy. Nice experience for the 4D. Free ice tea and popcorn is given most of the times.
Such a nice cinema to go to and watch a movie. A bit pricey but it's worth it since it's new and very clean.
World-class standard cinema. I enjoyed the ambiance on this mall. Clean and well-organized with comfy seats on Imax.
Beautiful mall and when we went there, not many people was around. They have a lot of stores you can visit and for kids they would enjoy the play area (a bit pricey). But all in all in was a great mall and you can go there expecting no traffic
Such a nice place, specially in the cinema. I have nothing to say about the cinema because it' all good. The sound system is superb amazing.
Had a great movie with my wife. Aircon and sound is 5 stars. More movies to watch. And thanks for patronizing filipino movies. 46 stars for Family History
I rate the ambiance soooo elegant and comfy sits. But the Taters popcorn and ultimate nachos were an epic fail, not crispy and freshly cooked. Very disappointing and money wasted. We watched last full show of the PANTI SISTERS.
