The driver was late. The driver was not the same driver as originally advised so when we were calling the original driver he had to provide the number of the new one.

The drive was not smooth as the driver often braked suddenly.

Overall my experience with renting a car with VPI has been great. No complaints but a suggestion would be to improve the response time to queries via email.

My 3rd rental to VPI wasn’t that good. The SUV I rented was not in a good condition, it says 2020 Everest but it was 2019, worn tire tread and smell like cigarette. I had a flat tire, I couldn’t change the tire because they only have the jack scissors no handle. Spare tire handle is also missing.

VPI should have a service company on standby for future emergency maintenance. 3 star

I am a little disappointed but I am still going to rent in the future.

Overall product is good. Communication can be a little better as I had to follow up for a reply a couple of times. As others have stated, refund deposit can take a long time so be prepared to wait. Would hire again as these guys have the best prices in metro Manila.

I booked VPI for a sedan with a driver for 11 days, for a project, and on behalf of a colleague. Their admin was easy to talk to, albeit it was harder to get in touch with them at the beginning. However: during the 11 day contract, I was happy with the professional drivers they provided - all the drivers were easy to talk to, and they communicated well. They followed the itinerary I provided, and they were very accommodating with last minute changes (of which there were a few). I think VPI's value for money is also notable, given the other services in Manila. Would definitely book with them again, should the need arise.

Very poor customer service. I booked Wednesday for a trip on Saturday and never get an answer till saturday (the day of the trip). Saying that they have no available cars. Tried calling them friday but they said to wait for their email. Yes, they did email on the day of the trip. What a very lousy service. Never ever use this car rental, they will dissapoint you.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with VPI cars! From requesting a quote to finishing the ride — everything was so seamless and smooth. Our driver, AJ, was fantastic! She communicated with me every step of the way and was extremely punctual and pleasant. She also played great music during the car ride and was always within minutes, ready for the next destination. The car was very clean and spacious. AJ’s driving skills are excellent. We felt safe the entire time and were able to enjoy our day trip stress free.

I found them on Google. Although they were quick to respond, the guy who we've been speaking to was quite rude and hung up on us while we weren't finished talking. He wasn't pleasant on the phone and always sounded like he's in a moving car. We had an urgent booking so we decided to go with another company who'd like to service us instead.

The car assigned to me was coding during the day of assignment. So the driver and I had to do last minute changes in the delivery schedule. In addition, instead of going back to Manila on an earlier time, I was forced to stay in SLEX until 8PM because of the coding.
