Very dissatisfied with the med tech na kumuha ng dugo ng 9 years old kong anak di niya pinapatong yung kamay para marelax habang mag CBC siya at knowing na bata ang kukunan niya ng dugo. Pagtusok niya ng needle hinila niya yung plunger ng syringe pero nanlalaban kusa bumabalik hinala niya ng ilang ulit pa pero wala siya makuhang dugo tapos habang nakatusok ang karayom nag ttry siya hanapan ng ugat winasiwas niya yung karayom habang naka tusok at nag try uli hilahin ang plunger pero kusa bumabalik wala talaga siya nakuha nun nag tanong na ako ano ba ginagawa niya sabi niya wala daw dugo nakaka disapoint na ayan pala ang #ALAGANGVRP na tinatawag.

Very Poor Emergency Services! 1 of 5.

• Guards are the one collecting patients concerns instead of nurses or medical personnel to assess the urgency. Nagtitipid kayo sa manpower? Security guards are for security concerns!

• No sense of urgency. Panay kwentuhan ng staff and guards. Long queue of patients!

• They will give you patient-form to fill-in but no pen. Are you expecting patients to bring pen during emergency situations?

• They will not prioritize you if you don’t wear face mask. I get it due to covid but can you at least provide face mask? 2-5 pesos per mask lang naman. If you’re not willing to provide it free, have some ready for patients to purchase or charge to their bill. Ended up going outside the hospital to buy face mask.

(Update: i left the ER after 30min and find medical care somewhere else kasi mahaba pila at walang urgency talaga)

Bad experience in the ER, took more than an hour before seen by an attending resident pedia. Very slow and poor service.

My mom had her elbow surgery at VRP with Dr. Cadag.

All staff were very helpful and responsive. Ms. Agnes, the Patient Experience Specialist has been a great help during my mom’s confinement. TV has a cable! We kept ourselves entertained. They also have full sized ref. And the aircon is cold! The room was spacious and it was really cost-effective for us.
Make sure that if you parked your car, make your ticket validated from both Admissions and Information desk to have a flat rate parking fee of P150 for overnight.

I have used many online concierge and this is the first time i have used this system i learned from VRP concierge. The experience is excellent. Very efficient and Nica Bautista immediately responded to my request. In just a few minutes i got my LOA. If ever i will need teleconsultation, i will go this route as well. Thank you so much Nica, Jam and VRP. Keep up your excellent work. Thank you for all that you do.

If I could just gave 100 stars I would, just to justify how understanding and kind VRP Concierge are! Specially Ms. Jam and Ms.kaye they will assist you until the end of your appointment. Kaycee is a true epitome of a great customer service. She went above and beyond. My father had an elevated bad pressure because my mother was in the icu that time. Dr. Dela paz was fully booked but since I mentioned that its an urgent matter and my Dad cant go to emergency because he was out of the country. Please thank her for saving my father's life. Again thank you kaycee and God bless.

The emergency staff including the young rude male doctor turned me down last November 5,2022 at 1 AM (Not a busy hour). I said I suspected I have shingles and in pain but according to them since it is my left eye that is the most affected, they could not do anything about it and I should go look for an Optalmologist and that I should go to Medical City instead. They did not even check me or even take my BP first as a safety protocol (Like, what the heck? !). They did not even touch me, they just looked at me while I talk. I felt like a trash that is not wanted or important.

On the other hand, when I arrived in Medical City, I immediately experienced the treatment difference, and when they discovered that my HMO cannot cover the expenses, the doctor available still looked for me and gave me a free consult telling me I've come that far and he would not want to waste my effort and so I can also start the medication ASAP. This is the kind of service every hospital must have!

Worst hospital na naexperience ng mga tao ko. Grabe! He was sent here due to hypertension but the NURSE na nag-assist sakanya ay mukhang tinatamad at ayaw magtrabaho. Jusko! Di pa marunong kung paano magBP, bara bara. We hope na hindi ito maexperience ng iba and sana macorrect yung behavior ng mga NURSE na hindi ginagawa ng maayos ang mga trabaho nila. Kawawa mga tao na need ng medical help/assistance.

Concierge have been doing a great job in providing assistance. From booking of appointment online, an email confirmation will be received about the request. I usually get a response and follow up from them in less than an hour, sometimes within just minutes. Personalized approach, very efficient follow through, and spell convenience all throughout the process. I've used other e-consultation services previously, but so far VRP's eKonsulta stood out in servicing their patient's needs.

Employees are very accommodating. From their security guards, people behind the tables, maintenance, nurses and doctors. Highly recommended! They will treat you all equal and a family.

Very accomodating ang concierge nila ang bibilis sumagot to my queries both fb messenger and email. Usually kasi on my experience it will take hours or a day bago sumagot. I'm happy and satisfied din with their service, less hassle ang process to have pre approved LOA. Thanks alot!
