Worst Experience. Waste of time.

Nagpabook ako about 3 wks ahead since I’m coming from abroad. I also gave them my PH number and viber in case they needed any confirmation. When I arrived sa clinic, hinde sila aware sa booking ko and tinatanong pa nila kung sure ba daw ako na nagpabook ako sa kanila. Nagpabook ako using their landline number.

The receptionist made several calls and went back to me asking if alam ko na daw ba mga kailangan kong bayaran, like 1000 sa consult, then 500 ppe, tapos xray pa daw, etc. I feel na gusto nya mag-backout ako since di nya makita booking ko. Sabe ko, ok lang sakin ung mga costs na yon at hinde ko pa alam ung actual cost nung ipapagawa ko since dental crown iyon.

Tawag cya ule, tapos biglang sabe nagkaroon ng emergency ung doctor kaya wala makakaattend sa akin at hinde nman daw na missed out ung booking ko. Nagulat ako kase paulit ulit ung tanong nya sakin kung sure na nagpabook ako tapos biglang may booking na ako pero wala nmang doctor. Ano pa magagawa ko, maganda yung palusot.

Dental chairs are broken, they made me switch chairs in the middle of my procedure only to end up on the first also broken dental chair, oral prophylaxis was not good, I could still feel the tartar build up on my teeth, the polishing of my dental filling was very rough, and they were rushing to finish my procedure, it was not worth my money.

I like how comfortable I am when I was talking to the staffs, they were very friendly and nice. It felt like I was talking to a close friend and the service was good.

I'm an ex-resident from south manila and wanted to return to the Philippines to get my teeth done. I checked several clinics, especially their reviews. What I found here is annoying, we as potential clients look for clinics we can trust, especially their reviews. Can you please explain me why you got a hundred reviews around a half year ago within a month, then 2 months NONE at all, then another hundred within a month? Its a bit strange, if there would be a large amount of genuine reviews, they wouldn't just suddenly stop completely for 2 months and then restart again. People like me who seeking care don't appreciate scams and fake reviews.

I like how accommodating staffs were. They were warm and I didn't feel a client interaction but instead I just felt simple friend conversation. The place was good too. It's a 5 for me.:)

I was attended by a courteous staff, and received prophylaxis and gum treatment from Dr. PAT Tionpangko. Service was duly explained. Dr Pat has the lightest hands ever. Her gentle hands, skill, and
youthful looks are suitable for the family.

Sobrang friendly ng mga staffs dito and ung facilities sobrang ganda. Ang bilis lang din ng service nila hndi kayo magaantay na matagal.

I have a nice experience here when I take my Panoramic Xray on their branch. Their staff are so accomodating. Kudos to this branch!

They are approachable and will make you comfortable when you enter. They have an advanced facility and a cool ambiance.

Ang aming ginugol na oras dito sa ay tatlongpung minuto lamang. Napaka bilis at sulit ang aming binayad. Kami'y babalik ulit dito para mag pa suri ng mata
