Scam, I went to Shine Residences in Pasig where they said that their office is located but there's no office of Wow Philippines Travel Agency there. Securities and Front Office Clerk also said that there were many people going there to see the office but the only thing they said was there's no Travel Agency occupying a unit there. So it's a scam.

Very very bad customer service.emailed 4 times for pkg tour of philipines.the rude people at the agency did not respond at all.avoid at all cost. BOGUS company.

Other than the tour guide from a third party that the company hooked us up with, there was nothing professional nor dependable about WOW Philippines.

Because of a huge mistake on their part and lack of communication for 5 days now (after payment went through), we had to spend extra money and missed our flights to our next trip making us lose even more time and money. Hoping for help with the situation they put us in or at very least a refund or fair compensation, they have been unreachable via phone, text, email, Facebook, messenger.

Can someone with experience with them get us in contact with someone please? Even better, can someone from the company take ownership and reply to our messages/emails?

For now, don’t book this company. We travel often and work with companies worldwide and this was one of the worse most unreliable experiences; many posts on TripAdvisor’s forums post very similar situations and mistakes on the company’s part, a decent enough record of unreliability and unprofessionalism. Don’t book!

We were ripped off. We paid for travel package in Siargao. It was supposed to include Island tour and breakfast package. When we arrived at Kokai Beach Resort, we were told that they don’t do Island tour packages and there is no restaurant in that resort for they don’t have a chef. When we we try to ask for a refund, they just play dumb. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

It was a beautiful place with many interesting things.fantastic resort stay memorable experiences.

Numbers posted in their site are fake - if not unreachable, no response received. Emails sent are not responded to. I can imagine how awful the turnout is of their service.

AVOID. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Rip off merchants out to make a quick buck.
They don’t organise anything, they don’t provide what you paid an extortionate amount of money for and then they don’t pay the poor guides that end up picking up their shoddy behaviour.
Highly unprofessional.
Charge way over the going rate for the tours.
Uncontactable and generally a joke of a ‘travel agency’.
DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. Mina in particular is awful.

I reserved and paid for my resort way in advanced, now 20 days into my leave to go to vacation Mina sends an e-mail that they have to transfer my resort stay to a cheap run down hotel with bad reviews. I then e-mailed her and requested not to change it because her reasoning is not a valid reason. Her reason was"a guest gave a bad review to Sophia's Garden ". I then decided to go upon myself and search and call. I called the office and no answer. I called the cell phones and when Juliet's phone was answered two things happened. One the person who answered did not bothered to hear me so the phone was passed to several people. Second they laughed and then had the audacity to ask how much I paid and that I paid for the hotel that they're transferring me to. When I told them no that's not what I paid and that I have a contract for what I paid they said text text and hung up. I will never use this agency again. This has not been a stress free experience.

Company very unprofessional very disappointed in there service.
Contact them they wanted money upfront by March 13.
They never had our reservation done until April 7 th. Our booking was to be April 12 th.
The resort informed us at the time of arrival that the agency never contacted them until the evening before April 11 th that we where coming hence we where moved from room to room.
Thanks for the linaw resort for helping us out due to the total incompetence of the travel agency.
Also they never informed us they where using outside contractor for the excursions.
Turned out good.
Customers need to know because we believed that the resort was responsible got little concerned because the resort didn't know anything about it.

And the resort never received payment upfront as the last day linaw resort that they where still have not received full payment.
The agency demand from us at the payment up March 13 th.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

In November me and my wife used with offer this travel office. I have to say ;we were very delighted. Perfect organization, very good conditions of acomodation and transportation every thing on time. Because we organized a private tour, we ordered the office to organize the whole route by setting a few points that we wanted to visit. The office organized everything great giving us a wonderful 23 day holiday. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this office. Special thanks to Mae for patience and understanding and precision in action

Travelled and used them for a trip to Palawan last December 2017. The premise was to use them for stress free package vacation where they do all the bookings and legwork while I am in the USA. Sadly, it was a nightmare. Paid them months in advance but my resort and flights weren’t booked and paid until literally the day of. Imagine no flight info or hotel confirmation even after week after week after week of following up. You get empty promises. It was extremely stressful. Not sure if these guys are financially stable or just incompetent. Still contemplating on reporting them to the department of tourism or the department of trade and industry. It’s that bad. Got all email proofs. American partner unfortunately had little to do with the operation. Don’t book through them. It’s best to book directly with the resort or airline.

No one ever replies to inquiry for packages. I tried to do a live chat and there was no reply neither. The website is not user friendly neither so avoid this agency if you don't want to be disappointed.

Bad service, I wasted more than 5 minutes thru live chat with no single answer from the travel agent. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Very accomodating naman sila. The best thing to do is to call their office. Then they will get your email address then doon na kayo mag uusap ng mga iinquire mo sa kanila. Nag eemail sila agad
