Had my Macbook Air battery replaced and replacement was quite fast. I wish payment options would have been more flexible. Like they should encourage card payments more (whether debit or credit card) as they add additional amount on the said payment option.

- Wish they had a better sign than just a tarpaulin, but it's a small place and a specialty store so it's understandable. Took photos of the interior for you guys!

- It's got your Apple, Huion, Wacoms, and other stuff. You can also order online through ynzal.com or Lazada page too though most of their stuff aren't available in Lazada. I opted to buy my Cintiq 16 personally since it's my most expensive purchase after my computer, and I don't want to leave my precious Cintiq to some courier.

- [writing this in January 2021] Short version: staff not knowledgeable and they don't carry some important items. My only gripe with them (and why I only gave 4 stars) is after two years of buying a Cintiq from them, they still don't have replacement nibs for Wacom Pro Pen 2 so you'll have to order them from somewhere else, likely Amazon. I actually emailed them so they can stock them, but the staff doesn't seem to get what I'm talking about even though I included the product's links from Wacom and Amazon, AND included the product code (ACK22211).

(Copied from my Facebook review) Truly one of the best apple service centres in the Philippines. Sent my phone for repairs from CamSur (camera glass was shattered) thru my relatives in Metro Manila. I will recommend Ynzal to those who need repairs for iPhones and Macbooks. I wish you guys didn’t lose your reseller status though for such a good service centre. These guys deserve to be an Apple reseller!

Staff is friendly, and will let you try out their products no questions asked. If you turn-on the charm (ehem), you might even get a discount haha. They also order through their Lazada or their online store too if that's what you want, but if you want to save some money like I did, try talking to the manager there and try depositing to their bank account instead like I did. Credit/debit cards and Paypal have their fees after all (in my casae +5% of the price), which none goes to Ynzal. I deposited my cash through my bank's mobile app right in front of them, and through Instapay for a measly 10 PHP fee. It's indeed mostly instantaneous!

Have the product that even official wacom store did not have. I was able to purchase the cintiq 16 not pro.rated 4 start and not 5 because the staff did not know much about what they are selling, such as gamut and pen pressure.still good stock and great prices, also gifted smudge proof glove with my purchase.

I remember it vividly. It was a stressful day, and to make things worse, my Wacom Intuos pen broke. The technical presentation was looming ahead, with only a day to prepare. I became desperate. I searched online, then I found Ynzal.

Soon after, I was able to reach them via phone. I asked them if they have what I need, and they replied that they do have them on stock. I asked for some of the other things that I need and they told me that they also have them. The staff were very accommodating, and were very patient with my questions.

The next day, a new pen, nibs, and wireless accessory kit arrived. This is how one should do a service.

I'm very much impressed with the ratings and comments. Looking forward to your superb service. I'm just hoping you also repair other brand like Sony Vaio.:)

If your Macintosh needs service, this is a very good place to take it. These guys are very good. Friendly, fast, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. I've taken two MacBooks Pros there for service and they fixed the problems with the hardware perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Twelve years is a long time for a customer to patronize a company or a service in the computer business let alone if the brand is Apple. Getting stuck this long to one shows the trust and respect built in time, not just dependability and the excellent customer relation of the staff with the customer.
