I will be straightforward here. The girl in the Lab was dishonest, she said she has given the medical result of my baby to someone and without our authorization! The girl in the lab or the secretary of the doctor we went were dishonest and doesn’t want to be held accountable. The girl said she has given it to the secretary, the secretary said she didn’t receive anything. They want us to run in circles won’t even try to call each other to verify their story. I will never in my life come back to this incompetent hospital.

The doctor were great, accomodating and kind. It's just the administration of the hospital that is not good

The biggest downside is I thought I chose the doctors who are covered with the HMO, turned out there are some who is not. Their COVID-19 testing are not covered with the HMO as well and the semi-private rooms are expensive pricing to P4,500 a day. The processing of out-patient department for discharging is very slow, where you could wait for approximately 5 hours and pay for the extra hours.

As a hospital it is terrible, unclean. IMMORAL. An unfriendly staff. The head of medicine quite obviously does not know about germs or viruses. Do they know of Dr Lister and Dr Pasture? Bathrooms are free of soap and toilet paper. Why? For surgery should you bring your own scapple? The hallways are not air-conditioned. Only those of the executives and doctors. As a senior if you want your 20% you'll have to fight for it. Disgusting. A carendarea exists but again unclean. During the COVID pandemic I learned a new way to pronounce "tre-a-ge" called "tri-ads. " St. Francis Uptown remains the best hospital in CDO. Go there.

Pretty archaic. You are availing ER services but you're the one running errands around (bringing samples to laboratory, going to cashier each of the procedure requested), and they don't honor HMO's upfront, they only do reimbursements on weekends.

Too much expectations from this hospital. We were at the ER yesterday, ladies on the Nursing station/frontdesk are not welcoming (baka pagod lang). What really ticked me off is that they didnt accept our HMO because we dont have physical card, we have the e-card and account though. They cannot decide because their HMO office is close on a Sunday so mag file na lang daw kami reimbursement. Okay then here comes the funny part of all these ordeal, we're the ones who settled the bill, paid the lab fee and all sa cashier like we are in OPD (was confused of the process) hindi ba dapat sila since we paid ER fee? (idk). Btw CR is too dirty! Anyways the doctors were kind and accomodating so I guess that compensates the bad experience?
