7It’s dissapointed because they didn’t put any plastic wrap around the box which i need to travel in 3hrs far from the city. Also the icing outside taste weird cause they said it’s mocha but taste don’t like it.

Bacolod Cupcake Cafe is just a small cafe but service is so nice and food is good. Just bought a whole celebration cake today as well as some breads. They also have the grandest desserts presentations. Price is also reasonable. Very fast wifi, too.

A superb place to go on weekends. The servicemen are kind and eager to help.
However the music here is not proper for a cafe like this to sit long. When writing this comment the TV is playing K-POP and J-POP. At an invasive degree that is hard to ignore the volume. For the moment you need to concentrate, it is definitely distracting. Some people came here to escape from the outside world which is noisy. Maybe it's only my personal opinion but this might be a reference for those sensitive people like me.
