28Easily accessible location along Lacson St, containing a complete range of their popular products. Quick service when paying, and they accept cash and card.
Nice place to stop while traveling. Lots of treats that you can buy to take home for your loved ones. Very taste and delicious.
Bong Bong’s Pasalubong Center is a must when visiting Bacolod.
They have piaya, native delicacies and even merchandise such as clothes, bags & keychain.
I love their products! Delicious and yet very affordable! Customer service is also very good.
Awesome! What makes it awesome? Well, the manager itself. I don’t know where to pick the best pasalubong but he helped me with great smile and great PR for costumer. No idea he is the manager. His name is sir John. Thank you so much for accommodating me. Indeed, Bacolod is truly the City of Smiles. Hope to see you again sir John and the rest of the staff.
This place got all your pasalubong needs and cravings. Food is always fresh. Staff is very accommodating and well ventilated
I love their products! Delicious and yet very affordable! Customer service is also very good.
You can buy 1 box full of their Products and the airline will allow you to hand carry it on your flight to any destination. Tita convenient if you are also out of free luggage allowance.
They accept credit and debit cards.
They have enough parking space.
You can also buy other souvenir items like shirt, fridge magnet, etc.
This shop is rather big and lots of choice for snacks.
Just pick out what you like at pay at the counters. Accepts cash and card. The staff can also help to pack into boxes if needed.
I enjoyed buying from here.
Brutally honest staff + amazing delicacies!
My wife and I went shopping here last October 2022. While packing boxes of their goods, her airpods case dropped out and we realized it only when we were back in Manila already 2 days after we shopped there (we knew they were still there because of FindMyAirpods pinging the location). My relatives from Bacolod were able to pick the airpods up from the store because the staff kept it secure until the owner returned.
People may talk about Bong Bong's brilliant delicacies, but their staff deserves just as much recognition. Five stars are not enough! Many thanks to Bong Bong's Lacson St.
*Picture of said staff attached for recognition
Found along Lacson Street, this is the biggest BongBong’s shop in Bacolod City which offers freshly baked piaya and a wider range of products and delicacies.
Try their Biscocho, napolones, squid rings, piaya, barquillos, and a plethora of other pasalubong. They can box these treats for you and will even warn you of expiry dates as some treats are easily persihable.
There is also a weighing scale available to male sure you don’t go over your baggage allowance in case you’ll be flying after your Bacolod stop.
Parking is a bit challenging as it is a corner lot along a main road.
Obviously the place is a bit quiet but customers are still excited to shop for pasalubongs & snacks. Choices of products were a bit limited but what they had were enough. Hopefully tourism picks up.

The branch we visited didn't have much to offer. No squid rings there.
You can buy here pasalubongs.but when we visited only few stocks left.and the famous biscocho already sold out.
Sans the piaya and etc try the arroz kaldo of Bongbongs in 13th st Lacson for P35 pesos. It is soothing hot and can really give you a strong aftertaste and smell of the ginger and lemon grass which can make you go gaga. But yes going there for pasalubong, piaya is roughly around P36 per pack; Barquillos clise to P100.
A must go to if youre in the City of Smiles. Apart from the signature Piaya, you'll have a variety of delicacies to choose from! A one stop shop for souvenirs too!
Loved all their pasalubong options! Everything was great. They also have this great box packaging that they use for tourists. We were also asked if we have plane tickets and was offered a 5% discount. Highly recommended! A must visit pasalubong shop!
Need to buy something bacolod delicacy to bring home and feel you are home with food from pasalubong
Lots to buy, they pack it in a box. You can 3asily spend USD40 PhP2000 in a bat of an eye. Right across our hotel (L'Fisher Hotel), very convenient.
The picture shows the available things to buy!
This store is big with lots of pasalubong varieties and they offer hot food like siopao and siomai.
My two favorite items that I discovered recently and I highly recommending are the chicken siopao (the buns are soft) and ensaymada with real ube fillings!
