Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo

The hotel is near the Festive Walk Mall and most of the buildings are surrounded by BPO companies. Nice place for a staycation with secure area for parking space.

Everything about this hotel was great. From the security, hospitality, rooms, amenities to the delicious breakfast buffet.

There was even a welcome package in the room. Thank you Courtyard!

Ive been there last jan. With my friends and we really love the ambiance and so relaxing the place was so delightful to everyone.

Exceptional service. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the bathroom. The bidet was very dirty, and there seemed to be mold in the shower. The light in the bathroom also felt like it only worked half the time. I spoke to front desk about the issue, and they assured me that they would send people to address the problems. Housekeeping did arrive, but I was disappointed to see that the bidet was still filthy when I returned to my room. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for that issue, as I was expecting the Marriott to be exceptionally clean.

The breakfast buffet was also not that impressive for the price. The selections were quite limited, and there wasn’t much variety to the food offered. It’s very much a standard hotel breakfast.

My partner used the gym a few times, and said it was one of the best hotel gyms he’s used. He liked the variety in hand weights available.

Aside from the issues I had with the bathroom, the Marriott is still a nice place to stay at. The location is very convenient, and I appreciated that the staff helped me find transportation to get to the Freedom Grandstand when I was having trouble booking anything. I would still book with them again next time I visit.

Went here for an ala carte lunch. It is possibly the worst restaurant of all time. It combines sky high prices with bottom of the barrel service. You literally have to ask for everything: plates, utensils, water, refill, etc. And the waiters are very hard to call. They also told us there is no dessert when there were cakes on display at the entrance.

We had low expectations but the food was still very slow. Club sandwich arrived at a respectable 15 mins but the burger came cold after an hour and the salmon and pancakes never arrived. Some weirdo waiter just came after around an hour and showed me an order of salmon that they were serving to the other table. Seriously, why?

I have no idea why anyone would willingly eat here. I saw some of their patrons were drinking but even if I were drunk to the point of blindness I would never make the mistake of returning to this disaster that marriott is trying to pass as a restaurant.

I would give zero stars if possible because I was trying to find even one thing they were doing right. This is the only "restaurant" where I saw absolutely nothing being done correctly.

Had a great time at Courtyard by Marriot. Enjoyed the dancing with family after the Dinagyang. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and greet you with a smile.

Very personable, friendly, and professional staff. It was a very nice room, but they need to clean the bathroom a little better. That's why they only got four stars.

Always ask what they have for breakfast because they have american and Filipino.

Specific to reachability. Find it hard to email them. I end up in an monitor email after i made a booking. They don’t reply on messenger, they don’t interact in social media

I message them in messenger but got no reply at all. Only auto response. May be its just a message but thats where people talk now. Most business don’t pay attention to it.

The rooms are big and that you got a bunch full of amenities. Together with the sauna, gym and the pool.

The food, The service, The crew are great as expected.
Whoever planned the entrance and Service road for that hotel needs to go back to school. It's terrible.

Walang wifi. (Sympre most transactions are online na) wifi pa lang yan ha. Ang tagal kapag nanghihingi ka ng tulong.

COURTYARD Marriott Hotel is very good, but the food supply to me every day not enough by the way I'm happy to be the one who stay quarantine this Hotel. Stay safe and God Bless Us All ️

I have stayed at this hotel many times it used to be good quality and great service but it's gone downhill big time and I would highly recommend other hotels horrible customer service

Great place to stay and decent size pool. Only downside is front desk seemed too uncomfortable accepting international credit cards as payment as if they’re unheard of and would not even release an authorization form to fill out. Goodluck gifting a room stay for your relatives as it will take a long process.
