Go the chance to eat there but never had step foot in there suite. This is also a nice place to dine and near the city.

As the word midtown it's in the middle so you are accessible to market and malls. The room is clean. Should have the essential utensils like spoon, fork, plate and water kettle.

Good rooms but slow public WiFi. I couldn't attend my online seminar because the hotel WiFi was too slow.

Best hotel in Iloilo City, great value for budget class travelers in terms of room price, friendly staff & location is walking distance to malls, eating place, PUVs.

The room is wide and clean. They also serve delicious breakfast at the restaurant beside the hotel. If youre an anime action figure lover, you can find various toys displayed at the hotel lobby and at the entrance inside the restaurant.

Staff are great. First time I get to see the rooms before paying for it. Need to clean a little I had a little cockroach as a roommate.

I've been staying here a few times already and i would say its one of the places i'd choose to stay everytime. With affordable rates, friendly staffs, cozy rooms, and free breakfast its a good deal. My only concern would be i can't get the right mix of hot and cold water for the shower, i don't know if its just me or something else, but other than that its all good for me.

The aircon is noisy, beddings and towel needed to be thrown out because it sees the good old days. The only positive I think are the strong hot and cold water, internet and location which is accessible to any mode of transportation.

The so called free breakfast is not good, bland and don't order garlic rice.

First time i gave 5 star rate for any hotel i stayed accross visayas.

I stayed October 25,2018, i found it in GMaps when looking for a hotel to stay in since budget hotel were fullybook and also ill be going to roxas city.i like here.warm welcome. 1st Approachable staff and smiling.didnt take their name as professionalism nalang.helping bell boys tho madami talagang dala at mabigat kahet malayo palang they will insist to help you and assist you in your room.they serve hot and cold drinking water.even glass and mug upon request.good airconditioning, nice hot and cold shower.with cable tv.wifi was great.love to stay in this hotel with promo rate given for single room.i dont mind the room being ordinary since i stayed here and welcome i make it clean as i go too.

I would like to recommend to everybody to trying to find a hotel have a vacation to iloilo city to stay in this hotel.even reserving for dinagyang festival next year to try booking here to stay.very accomodating and feel at home treatment.tho im here for work and 1 day stay feel like staying last.

Located near iloilo jaycee's, sm delgado, museum and city town proper.with taxi and jeepney terminal nearby and port terminal.

Breakfast will be to the other building you have to walk and transfer but no problem walking its just a walk.and they will serve you upon having a breakfast stab with delicious food and fruits served at you.

Building was under renovations but still good to stay in.i think own by a chinese since majority of people staying and the way people come and go.

Airport transfer in their service offered from hotel to airport can be add to room charge in one OR if ask but scheduled were not even talked.even for the meal at its own restaurant.which is biggest and strong point for the hotel.

Cons: small cockroaches andtowel were to old.dim lighting may be factor for oldies who like reading stuff.big losses for.me No Bidet.haha.but its okie no problem with that my concern is for other that loved to stay here may be a problem.

Spent a good time there, for the price in iloilo center its a great deal. Also the two receptionist Liezl, Dazel and christian the house keeper are really nice and helpful. I will come back for sure.

5 star for the staff alone.friendly, cheerful, and honest. We left something at the hotel upon check-out. They tried to call and text me multiple times and was able to recover it. Location is great, room is clean, and they even offered a good room rate for my family.

This ia a good place to stay by yourself or with your family. Room rates are decent and affordable. The rooms are good complete with amenities and standard. All the hotel staff from the front desk to the suoervisors are friendly, approachable and helpful. It comes with free breakfast of your own choosing. And it is situated in the center of the downtown area.

Friendly staff. However condition of the room is bad. Smelly rooms. With small cockroaches. No wifi in the rooms too.

Well located. Close to downtown and also pier. Malls within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

This 5 star rating is weighted primarily by the price. For P980 ($19.00 USD) you get a clean single room appointed with the basic amenities. Adequate Air Conditioning, TV with good programming selection, modern bathroom facilities with hot water, a small table/desktop and comfortable bed. The staff is gracious, friendly and extremely accommodating. Also included is a good solid hot breakfast. Also to mention, very close proximity to the port if traveling by ferry. If you're expecting a 5-Star Hotel, you will likely be disappointed, but for a good night rest in a clean room, you can not beat this hotel for the price.

You get what you paid for. If you're on budget and dont care if the hot water in the shower doesnt work, or there are creepy crawlers on your bedroom floor (or bed!), then this place is ok. But otherwise, book another hotel.

Affordable room with aircon, cable, phone, hot shower, great food and surronded by malls, market and many fast food stall.

Nice and convenient place to stay. Free breakfast though, you had to walk a bit for it (just go for the room service at a small extra charge). Friendly staff though I had the unfortunate choice of room with a faulty water heater. Everything else was good.

The room is clean but at night, their staffs including the guard are sleeping. It is not safe for guests to come here because security is not tight.
