BUYER BEWARE: Purchased an Apple Magic Keyboard 8 months ago. The Caps Lock Key fell off. Took it in for repair service and the iStore had my 1-year Apple Warranty Voided. There's no such thing as quality Customer Service at the iStore. Absolutely POOR Customer Service! Those who wish to purchase Apple products, order online, not at the iStore. Even Apple Philippines suggested I travel to Apple's other Authorized Repair Service, to avoid the iStore. Stay Away!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a lightning earpods and it’s DEFECTIVE (tested it in the store and proven defective by their service center) and suggested to have it fixed by sending it to Singapore and wait for 1-2 f*ckng months processing time than just offer a replacement immediately? ! Like WTH? ! Felt like i was scammed. Why would you not offer a replacement when the item is proven defective when it’s clearly stated in the Consumer Act of the PH and Standard Exchange Policy of Apple? ! They did not even disclose the 7-day replacement warranty, only the 1-year “international” warranty as if I didn’t know what that means. Good thing I called the iStore PH hotline and confirmed to have my replacement the next day. Not sure if they are doing this to other store customers, so beware if you’ll encounter the same scenario. Not even sure if their store policy and protocols are aligned with Apple Global. So if you plan to buy an Apple product specifically in this store w/ your hard-earned money, think again. Besides, they’re not the only store that sells legit Apple products.
