My Airpods Max stopped working after more than a year of moderate usage and it’s no longer under warranty with Apple. I had it serviced by iStore - SM City Iloilo and was recommended to have it replaced with an additional cost that is way more expensive than the SRP. I contacted Apple support to raise my concern and was granted for a free repair or replacement of the unit. All in all, iStore’s service is above average. They just need to improve in providing detailed diagnosis so that it’s clear to their clients. They’ve provided me with regular updates regarding the status and shipment of my replacement unit. Got a brand new replacement Airpods Max from Apple for free through the assistance of iStore - SM City Iloilo. They were really a great help for this concern. Thank you!

They are very accommodating and helped me regarding issues with my airpods. They gladly replaced the unit with a new one.

I was advised that my phone will be repaired 1-2 months but after 1 week they informed that my unit is ok and ready for pick up. I'm very thankful for the fast and great service here in istore SM Iloilo City. Highly recommended. Btw the staff were kind and approachable also. More power!

Thank you so much iStore Iloilo for your outstanding service. I was very nervous that the other apple authorized service center available in Iloilo didn't entertain or receive my phone (iPhone 13 Pro) which has Green Screen issue because they told me that they won't fix my phone because it was bought outside Ph but when I went to iStore, I was praying so hard that they will accept my phone and gladly their service and accommodation is superb. They entertained my queries and they always update me with the repair status of my phone. After one month and three days, I got my phone. Thank you! More power to iStore.

The processing of the replacement of my airpods went smooth and went within the time frame they have mentioned. Staff was very accommodating.

The service person is very approacheable and gives updates timely. All I had was an easy transaction.

Unfortunately, I was one of the unluckiest to have what they call the “green screen of death” with this particular series of Iphone, it just happened suddenly. And when I went to Istore SM Iloilo they were able to help me understand the issue regarding with my device and prompted me with immediate resolution. They were caring and patient enough to walk me through the process in the service area. They told me to wait for a couple of months, yet I picked up my unit after just a couple of weeks. Definitely a 5/5 stars. Customer service is amazing and undoubtedly on point!
