The front desk is not accommodating they are not answering my calls nur giving back my calls.

The resort looks better in person at night with the lights and mansion-like columns in their architectural designs. It has its own character although the resort has been there since I can remember. It can accommodate a few thousand delegates in their guest rooms and restaurants/cafés.

Good for conventions and special occasions. They swimming that accommodates locals and visitors. Food are excellently better compared to others offering similar services.

Stayed there during the Covid-19 lock down. Exceptional views of the ocean from the top floor. Recommend it as a getaway but still in the city.

Fantastic place we stayed in The presidential suit, it was a great value for the money, excellent service, the staff and management was great, we even got a free romantic dinner in the suit, so thank you for that. We will be back soon.

Amenities are great. We had so much fun at the bigger pool. The food is very affordable yet very tasty.

Over-all experience is 5 since the amenities are all good, the pool area is perfect for kids. The food was great, too!

It's a great place to have a swim and as well as hold events and functions. Rooms are great and are fair priced. The resort's staff are also very warm and accomodating.

No matter how many times i visit Punta Villa, it never fails to give me nostalgic feels.

Great place! Location wise, ideal for trainings and seminars, you can really in-housed your participants away from various disturbances like shopping malls ;). Excellent food since they offers variety of menu's so that you have a wide array of choices esp for those person with food allergies.hotel crew are friendly and approachable especially manang jackie.

The place is good for family gatherings, get together with friends and for special occasions like garden weddings and seminars too.

I've been to Punta Villa since I was a kid. We celebrated birthdays here even held meetings in their function halls and it's a great place. I say all is Maintained but I just gave 4 stars because the place is still the same since I was a kid.no change at all. But the food is great and not that pricy, the management is good, the staffs are approachable also, the entrance and swimming fee are just Php80 per head (completely affordable). Lifeguards are always on watch. Since it's pandemic the staffs are following the protocols. I say this place is great for a family bonding.

The place is orderly and clean, the baths and toilet is regularly cleaned. The staff is friendly and the owner mught give you a discount. She actually did for me she waived our entance fee. It is complete with tables and bbq stand. Lits of food sold here from oysters to shellfishes

Good for seminars and trainings, with big servings on foods. Also enjoy with family - with swimming pool for adults and children.

I’ve been there for several times. Though the place was already old but still it is a suitable place for vacation. But please don’t choose the Seascapes Rooms. Below is their ballroom for your events.

Great venue for large number of participants for training. Great food too. Accommodation is quite good though needs improvement on rooms

Kinda old, but it's the cheapest swimming pool in the city. It's not gross mind you, the place is clean and you can swim around. But that's just it.food is 1/5.

This is a GOOD PLACE to host an event of your life. It has grand ballroom for weddings or venues for birthdays, debut, and other life's events. It has hotel rooms for your overnite accomodation.

Rooms are barely cleaned. In my stay last week, there was a spider with web in the closet's door. Toilet tank was broken.

WiFi was excruciatingly slow, though it improved after all the rains and winds, but still, it was slow.

Their grand ballroom was grand, and food was good. But other function rooms are meh.

We even had a time that the AC was not functioning well, we had to request for an electric fan, but it came more than an hour after we requested it.
