Richmonde Hotel Iloilo

The hotel was luxurious with spacious rooms and bed rooms. The guests also like the good customer service of the staffs.

Location/Accessibility: Within the business/commercial district with lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Festive Walk mall. Accessible also to jeeps and there is a bus terminal located within a few meters across the hotel.

Room: Spacious with large toilet and shower. Only feedback is their sink tap water is weak and the cable tv doesn't load properly upon channel selection (audio only).
We had a nice pool view but we appreciate the quietness of our room.

Staff: Friendly, attentive and helpful! They accommodated our early check in (plus our other room requests) and late check out request. Also helped with our queries on direction. A definite plus!

Buffet breakfast: Not that much but selection is good, changes daily as well. Hope they were able to fix the leaking aircon for hygiene and cleanliness. If possible also to eliminate the flies since the food is exposed.

The service have downgraded compared in our last stay 2019 & that unexplainable odor inside the hotel. Breakfast quality is so poor.

Dine at the Granary. This restaurant is serving one of the original chicken inasal of Iloilo, a native dish of Ilonggo cuisine. Ang sarap, promise, di ako nakapagsalita after. They serve two skewers of boneless chicken inasal. So generous!

I recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel Iloilo, and I must say that it was a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby and dining area are a bit small, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Iloilo.

Overrated 4-star hotel, not PWD-friendly. They charge expensively for simple requests that other hotels would readily accommodate without fees (my PWD husband and I frequently travel so we know what we're saying). The staff and management don't have clear lines of communication which result to requests being requested over and over again. Bathrooms don't have exhausts (just a small vent), doors don't have doorstops (you have to anchor your foot in front of the door while you talk to staff outside your room), housekeeping staff don't clean as well as they should, still leaving a few strands of hair in the bathroom drain. They also do not have the usual retractable clothesline for wet swimwear. Lastly, laundry service charges you for per piece of clothing. Three-star hotels do a lot better than this one. Go to Seda instead.

Great and Elegant Hotel with some elements of conditioning to dispose for a change because It s hear smells of food on Grand Floor near to reception. I think that something could be modified.

This is the best hotel. The experience is worth-keeping, from the room, food, staff and services. I love richmonde!

Rooms are dated already, floors are not polished, and broken. TV is very old compared to the industry standard, very grainy.

Doesn't have smart tv or Netflix, YouTube or anyother interaction with tv, low quality tv

Rooms are spacious and beds are huge. Buffet is also great. However, everytime I come here, it's always the same - smelly bedsheets/pillow cases, and grooming of rooms is done every after 3 days, which is a letdown.

It was good and refreshing but the bathroom doors doesn't have locks
And the shower blinds are on the other side which doesn't make sense
But I still enjoyed staying

Extremely rude housekeeping phone operator (Joanne). Building guards assigned at the parking lot are also discourteous!

I love their banana walnut cake espevially when lightly toasted
Chewy, moist, and crisp all at the same time

Your typical boujee hotel. Swimming pool is quite small, but the view beside it is quite nice: D

Okay room and accomodation but the breakfast buffet wasn't as good as other hotels I've stayed in.

You have to always protect yourself and always follow safety protocols.nice place.neat and clean.the people inside are approachable

Amazing. Staff, food and service second to none so far. Great in everything. Front desk staffs were accommodating to my room request. I Highly recommend.

Spacious and cozy room vibes and accomodating staffs too.best if you catch a room with the overlooking view of Megaworld Business Park. Just had some problem on the shower of the room we stayed in a month ago, and the fridge seems old already (takes too much time to cool up).

Cosy lobby but great big rooms and a big foyer in each floors. Gym is free for all guests with good and fast wifi.
