Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay

A hidden gem in tagaytay.rooms were spacious with comfy beds.bathroom was a bit crowded.they have individual reading lights per bed.there are lots of activities for children even at night.they say you can roast marshmallows in a bonfire or enjoy a movie with unli popcorn.will definitely try it next time.the farm concept is a great idea, you can pet the horse if you haven’t yet, plus they sell live domestic animals and fresh vegetables.their buffet is simple with very few food choices and available condiments but prepared quite well and kept warm.most of their desserts are delicious.staff are courteous and some are really nice.good job.

Need to improve service.requested for a clean room but ended at night same as you left.have to tip the cleaner at night.

Food is great, but breakfast has a few choices to offer. Location is also a bit off, far from where the restaurants or malls

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Highly recommended for family quality time. Children will have a lot of things and activities to do to keep them from being bored.

Room is clean and pretty decorated. Food was ok. Staff are also warm and friendly. Hope they can improve their equipments like mic, projector in the conference room.

Perfect place to stay if you have toddlers. There's a heated kiddie pool and another kiddie pool with slides. The animal farm is great for the kids too.

This hotel defines staycation! U have 3 pools. I think 1 of them is heated then there is the pool with a kiddie playground where kids just slide their way to the pool. Then there is also a game room for those who like to play indoors. The highlight for my kid was their farm with animals you could actually feed and touch. My toddler loved feeding and petting the iguana. Rooms are clean and very kid friendly. For me, this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in in tagaytay.

A good choice for a value for money Family getaway.

I celebrated my birthday last weekend in this hotel. The service is really notable. Staff are very accommodating. Even before asking, someone would come to us and offer help. A staff member even offered to accompany us to the farm when he heard that my son wanted to see the the animals. Plus there are so many activities to do. My son's favorite is the bonfire and marshmallow roasting. It was his first time to do it and the staff eagerly assisted him. Will definitely go back.

Elegant hotel on the side of Tagaytay. Great for family with kids because they have kids play ground and mini-zoo.

Loved this place! It's good for families. I loved the fact that they have a movie/film showing by the pool with free popcorn and also a bonfire with roasting of marshmallows. They also had an adjacent farm where guests can feed the animals and take a horse back ride. Mang Nel was particularly helpful and very knowledgeable about the place and about farm life. We will definitely go back there. I just hope they do not raise their rates any time soon. Or i hope they continue offering promo packages occassionally. Btw, the banquet staff was very friendly and efficient.

The front desk should know how to do their jobs. They should not ask security to hold and detain guests just because they cannot account for something in the rooms of other guests upon check out. Very unprofessional. And besides, how will the guards know if the guests in the vehicles they arrested and detained are telling him the truth that they did not stay in those effin rooms?

A good place for the family especially if you have children. They have a water playground and a kiddie pool. This is a cozy hotel with a homey ambiance. Good food and clean spacious rooms conpletes the package.

Enjoyed our stay, even though it was a rainy day (and some of the activities had to be cancelled). Still we had a good movie night (with free popcorn), a heartwarming (because of all the familiar Filipino food) and tummy filling buffet, and we definitely enjoyed meeting the animals in the farm!

Great place for a family vacation with kids. The campfire makes my kids very excited. Breakfast was tasty and good. The rooms are very clean the bathroom and tub are spacious. But for a hotel that's in Tagaytay I would rather be in a hotel with a magnificent view of Taal next time.:)
