Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay reviews
69Their activities are enjoyable for the whole family: swimming, playing in the nature-filled playground, animal feeding, horseback riding, movie night with free popcorn, and smores making by the bonfire. The food are exceptional and the staff our hospitable. We are definitely coming back SOON!
Customer Service tops everything. And customer service doesn't just end with the hearty greeting and exceptional service. It goes hand in hand with the facilities and attraction that is provided to the customers. My suggestion, experience the place!
Was very happy and satisfied with the place. Staff was very accomodating. Lots of fun activities for the kids.
This place has established and proven its reputation as a good and affordable venue for seminars and other institutional training activities. Ideal, because it is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Thank you for the wonderful staying with our children.we loved everything: the service, the restaurant, the activities for the children, the room, and so clean! I definitely recommand your hotel back in Belgium!
Super kid friendly hotel they have all activities from day to night the slide pool is the best movie night with free popcorn bonfire and tour at the farm
For family getaways on weekends with lots of amenities ranging from pools, farm animals, mini obstacle courses, movies, water slides, pool tables etc. Kids 6 and under would truly appreciate the activity areas found everywhere on the hotel.
We were there six years ago for our retreat and come back this year. It has leveled up since then. The grounds are bigger and offers two pools, a bonfire area, a small petting zoo, a playground, a basketball court, and an open grassy area for various needs. They even schedule outdoor movie screenings in the evening by the pool. Or you can rent videos from them to watch in the comfort of your room. Inside they have multiple function rooms, a game room, and a clinic. They also have a restaurant that offers a small but good spread. Its mostly filipino dishes like tocino, daing, and longganisa but bacon is a staple. They have an egg station, a bread station, a cereal station, good coffee, and delicious hot chocolate. We had lunch, dinner, and snacks too. The gave options from different cuisines with ample serving sizes. The triple and quad rooms were a good size, bathrooms were clean, hot water was constant, towels and sheets smelled fresh. The staff were nice, accommodating, always smiling, always greeting. Its was nice to be back.
We, especially the kids, enjoyed the weekend stay. Lots of activities plus the movie night (though the kids waited for the free pop-corn to arrive but nothing has arrived). The cable has no signal so we weren't able to watch any TV program - they said it was their cable provider who has some signal problem. Superb helpful staff from the lobby area, to the farm, to the pool side esp. Kuya Chito, who was so courteous & helpful. We would definitely consider coming back here. Thank You HK!
