LeBlanc Hotel and Resort

I stayed 3 weeks in Sept. 2023 and 3 weeks in Nov. 2023. Given accommodation by our company.

It was a typical boutique hotel. I like the vibe because of its coziness. Small room with fresh linens. Staff are friendly from the security to the waiters. No bathroom tissue but there is facial tissue. No usual hair dryer, hangers. Our bathroom trash can does not have the trash liner but my sister's have it, so probably the housekeeping forgot to put one in our bathroom. When we transferred to Main hall for the event, maybe they can make it more cozy too so it does not feel like an abandoned area. Water heater in guest room is not working but there was tissue. No hangers still. Love that they are not shooing away the cats that roam in the area. All in all, I wanna go back there if I want to unwind.

Tagal ng serving ng food sa Leblanc Bistro pero delicious naman so worth the wait. I recommend their Ribeye Steak. ️ Cafe Latte sarap din. Pati yung brownie ala mode ayyeee. ️

It’s a convenient place to stay in for people who are preparing for a wedding. To be honest though, it’s a bit pricey to stay in for the quality. Food was good though. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive. What they can improve on is that they charge you for every little thing (ex. Towels with shampoo stains, make up stains are charged 800 per towel).

Stayed here for a 2 night stay for wedding preps.

Upkeep: Place is a bit run down. Disgustingly dirty grout between tiles. Bathrooms in rooms were thankfully clean though.

Food: the bistro had pretty good food. Buffet was also small but decent.

Price: pricier than other places around the area which is not an issue in itself but they charged extra for EVERY LITTLE THING. We also asked for extra chairs for a 30 minute photo shoot, they said they couldn’t provide (for wedding preps). Even though we rented out a function room. We even asked that they bring some up from the room WE RENTED. They said they couldn’t. Service was friendly but I wouldn’t call it good. This charging for everything just made it feel CHEAP.

Stayed in a single deluxe room. Price is good enough for short stays.

Pros:
Generous welcome drinks.
Concierge is easy to reach and quick to respond.
Restaurant serves very good food, have nice ambiance.
With water dispenser stationed at every floor.
Bridal suites are spacious and enough for makeup artists and photographers.
Spacious lobby.
Buffet breakfast included.

Cons:
Small pool, and wedding photoshoots are always done here so you wouldn't really want to stay and have a long dip.
Only one elevator, slow and crowded at times.
You can hear people talking when passing by the hall.
If there are 2 wedding preps occuring at the same time, it would be very crowded. But for sure the management will coordinate such events.

For me excellent ang service nila especially sa mga staff sobrang hospitable nila, wala ako masabi ️a head of time kapag may order ka sa room jan agad

Not enough chairs.mostly guest are inconsiderate even they finish with there coffee they just hang in there just to kill time

The hotel is clean but does not have basic amenities such as TV channels and hangers which is disappointing.

Not much of a resort, old rusted hotel. Kinda ghetto, not properly taken care of. But service isn't bad.

Nice Hotel and resort very accommodating personnel, good food nice Ambiance and the price is right.

My dream wedding came true
Before all this pandemic and the day before the Taal ashfall happened.was our wedding day. My preparation was at LeBlanc Resort and my husband stayed at the hotel. Our families stayed for the night too. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was so good that everyone was telling us about it even after the wedding.

Our wedding is at San Pedro Calungsod Parish church, at 4 pm. 10 minutes away from LeBlanc.
Were supposed to book Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 3 minutes away but they are 1 year fully booked at that time. We tried the Transfiguration of Christ church too, 15 to 20 mins away however, there was road construction at that time and might make the travel a little longer. Fortunately, Mother In Law saw this new and beautiful church with a view along Sumulong Hiway. The bonus is, they have a lot of parking spaces, a very organized booking system, and Father Sandy was there They also allowed us to bring Kuya fishball and some drinks in a cooler at the parking area for the guests while waiting for the ceremony to start.

The reception is at LeBlanc Resort too. While we are at the church taking more photos, guests went to the resort and were asked to stay at the pool and garden. There was a milk tea station, Kuya taho, hoeur d'oeuvres, cocktail drink, ice cream, donuts, grazing table, and Kuya fishball transferred there too. Everyone had a good time. Thanks to the best suppliers from LeBlanc! From the accommodation, food, drinks, and all the entertainment that night.
LeBlanc is a perfect place for weddings. It becomes your second home, you'll feel at home.

As part of our Friday bike ride, Le Blanc's outdoor restaurant was our last stop.

The customer service was lovely as the team was very attentive and helpful.

The food was also great. Fresh from the kitchen and with a serving fit for someone who just climbed Antipolo on a bike.

Staff for the most part is great. If you are a light sleeper like us I recommend requesting a room facing pool not road very loud and busy all night long. Room did it's job thou clean and air conditioning works great. Loved seeing the cute cats every morning made my day. Only bad thing I have to say maybe it's because we are from the USA I did see one staff member there kicking one of the cats in the face and I was really upset after seeing that.

It's very nice and cozy, small place pero all you might need for a weekend stay-in is already here. You can grab some food in Bistro or maybe some late night drinks. There's a pool that's not too busy! Room is spacious and clean.

The price value ratio of this hotel is not great. The hotel overall is unkempt. There was water damage/rot in the ceiling of our room, the floors appear dirty, the curtains are dirty. Overall it feels like a cheap and neglected hotel besides a very busy road. It's however rather expensive owing to the fact that it is located next to a wedding venue, so apparently it is always booked despite the poor quality. That makes it all feel quite extorionist. If they were to maintain the place, dramatically improve the quality of cleaning, it could be a decent place. The restaurant/cafe below are the only highlights of the place.

We usually have our buffet breakfast there after attending mass in the morning at the cathedral. Thank you.

We stayed at LeBlanc Hotel because we attended a wedding at Antipolo and we wanted to be near the venue to avoid the traffic and the hassle of driving back and forth. It is just a small transient hotel but I liked the ambiance. It was small and cozy. It was raining when we were there and it made the place more homely. The rooms are small but comfortable. Great if you are just staying for the night or two. They a small restaurant that serves good food. They also have a great bakeshop that also serves as an alfresco coffee shop. Overall, I enjoyed the place. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. As a transient hotel I can easily give it 5 stars. Im happy with the place

This place is a great surprise.
In Antipolo area, where service is always wanting, you have this group of very young, seemingly inexperienced staff but they have a good attitude towards their jobs.
Kudos to the HR or whoever is responsible for their training. Being a Trainor on customer service & experience myself, I am amazed at how these very young crew would respond to customers in their very small venue at the basement. Not as well versed on topics probably because of their young age, responding to customers on the other tables as "Sorry po, Hindi ko po Alam, " but able to maintain the ambiance and peace of the place. No complaints heard from customers on a surprisingly full venue.
The five star should be attributed to Chef/Sous Marlon for his superb rendition of the arroz caldo like the Mabuhay Class of Philippine Airlines and his Pork adobo comparable to our very own Boracay Island Chef June Vino. Even little details like the Pinoy sawsawan.
Kudos to the management. No regrets coming back to this place over and over:)
Good selection of wines and spirits too

Giving this place a perfect score. The facilities are well kempt, rooms superb, very clean with housekeeping services. Food is awesome especially the breakfast buffet, satisfying. Alot of breakfast options from cereals to danggit, waffles to pandesal.
The pool is very clean and the parking is spacious. There's live entertainment during dinner time, don't know if this is nightly. There was an art sale at the lobby when we were there. I recommend this place for a staycation in antipolo.
