Cozy room. Fast internet. Netflix marathon Buffet breakfast sufficient but could be improved. Very courteous staff.

This place is noisy! If you are looking for a place to unwind, this is not the place. The staff are so inconsiderate. They talk at the top of their lungs on their freaking walkie-talkies that you can hear the entire conversation regardless of the time of the day or night. It can at 6 am when the guests are still asleep or 11 pm. So much for their reminder note “Please observe silence”. Even their own staff can’t follow their own rules. This is not to mention what it seems to be an on going construction or repair above our room that goes on from 11 pm to 1: 30 am. One night, a guest was playing music so loud that it woke me up at 11 pm. I called the front desk to ask the guest to turn it down. Nothing was done. The music at the Bistro plays their music so loud that even if you close the hallway door, doesn’t make a difference. Forget about your afternoon nap. Let’s talk amenities, there are no cups or hangers. If I remembered correctly, they told me those amenities are only available for the suites. We had what they call a De luxe room. So, I was thinking, REALLY! SERIOUSLY? !? !? Do they expect me to bring my own cup and hangers. However, one of the staff AJ was nice enough to lend me two glasses, three hangers and a tea kettle that they had me signed up for, which is fine. I took pictures of those items and the towels before we checked out just in case there was dispute on missing items. On some other positive notes, the hotel is on a good location. It is walking distance to the Robinsons mall and Antipolo public market. If you’re on a tight budget. You can check the food stalls at the 2nd floor of the public market. They offer decent and cheap meal. The Bistro at the hotel offers good food as well, if you are willing to wait half an hour for your burger. The staff are nice, polite and attentive. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works good. In summary, if you want a quiet and peaceful weekend to unwind, this is not your place. Between the unruly guests who are banging on each other’s door and playing loud music, the full blast music from the Bistro, the inconsiderate staff who are constantly on their walkie-talkies this hotel is not the place for you.

Best part of our staycation is the food, Bistro serves quality food that's on par with it's price range. Everything else is good, complementary breakfast and pool access are it's highlights when it comes to the hotel itself.

One thing to keep in mind is the access for the mi box (their android tv box) as others on the same wifi network (guest wifi) could actually use their devices as remote and most of the time people could actually pause or stop your watching experience albeit accidentally or on purpose.

We've had a meeting for our group. The place is well ventilated. Good venue for group meetings.

Security is the worst. The owner of this hotel is not cooperative even if its proven that there's a security lapse on there system. Not safe for tourist and reception for events.

Booked here for wedding preps and was disappointed with how the place is maintained.we had to request to clean the room upon arrival.elevator is not working.the staff were nice tho

I didn’t feel to be sleeping in a 3? Star hotel kasi the bed was comfortable, the aircon was working, the comfort room was clean.
Its definitely worth a try especially when you’re busy with work. Staycation vibe with “pwede na view”. Its simple yet elegant:)

Freebies: Dental Kit was the cheap toothbrush/toothpaste, soap was tiny lang din, they had ‘yung 3 freebies na shampoo/shower gel/body lotion- that’s enough for a night and morning after.
Overall, I liked our stay here. Would recommend this to my friends!

It was the day/night before our wedding.
It was a small hotel where you can relax.
The food was great!

We attended a wedding on June 3 in Antipolo so we decided to stay at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights (June 3-5) so we don’t have to drive home late and so we can work remotely the following day at the hotel. Unfortunately, their PLDT internet connection was not working and it was just fixed on our 3rd day (Saturday).: (

Covid 19 Protocol - They are following the protocols. Good job!

Facade - Looks better in pictures but it’s not well maintained

Staff - very courteous. Kudos to Mark who always attend to our room service requests efficiently.

Toiletries - we asked to make up our room while we are out. When we got back, there are no more bathroom amenities. Even the used shampoo and all other toiletries are gone. They forgot to replenish it. The front desk attendant was courteous and gave us the toiletries.

Complimentary items - no complimentary drinks. You have to ask for disposable cups and get water from their water station located near the stairs or elevator. If you are picky, better buy mineral water at 7/11 before checking in.

TV - It could have been a good experience to have used it since it’s a smart tv with netflix but they don’t have an internet connection during our stay so we just watched using our laptop and our own internet data.

Bathroom - looks good and comfy. The sink just gets easily clogged; its filter was missing.

Curtains and windows - curtains have stains and windows were not cleaned. You can see it on the photos I uploaded.

Price - too pricey for a provincial rate. If we are to compare it with Privato in Ortigas; Privato is cheaper but with better amenities even if it’s in the city. Also, with the price we paid here, it doesn’t have breakfast included yet but if it’s in Privato and with the same price, breakfast is already included.

Special instructions - there is an option in Agoda if you want to have a large bed or 2 separate beds. So I asked for a large bed but it seems they weren’t able to see it in our request. We just let it pass since it is just a minor thing.

Overall - we could have opted to go to a cheaper hotel if we just found out about their internet connection issue. However, it is still a good hotel to stay in since their staff are really nice and accommodating.

Clean, friendly and cozy place to stay. Good for wedding and debut to celebrate. Safety protocols are surely followed. Scanning of Qr code is needed.

Room is OK. Mattresses and pillows are clean. Need improvement on staff interaction with guests. Front desk staff are not so helpful. Lacks coordination with fellow staff.

Accessible and has decent rooms.
The pancit with scallops tasted great and would recommend it.

Limited food & drink menu (aside from this, some items from the menu are not available), small rooms, clogged bathroom, the toiletries kit were used.price of the room was too high for this experience.

Clean, accommodating, accessiblem walking distance from rob antipolo and wifi is the best. So fast. Will definitely go back here.

Great place for relaxation. All of the staffs are friendly and courteous. Gimmo restaurant serves yummy food. You must try the surf and turf platter.

Amazing place to celebrate special occasions like wedding, debut, anniversary, baptismal, etc. Staff and crew are very nice and accommodating. Special day celebrated in LeBlanc becomes memorable. To the staff and crew, keep it up!

This is a famous place for events like weddings, birthdays and so.small rooms but clean. Bed is solo comfortable. You may request things you need like blower, extra shampoo, soap and the like. Buffet breakfast is alright. You can actually eat from 6-10 am. I like this place since it's near Robinson's and other places you want to visit. If you just want to relax in the room, you may just get the knack watching TV or netflix.

I’ve been there with my honey she got really sick from that beef she ate I had to bring it to the hospital and they said it was a bad meet that’s why she had to throw up all morning we had dinner yesterday we had a room over there does Davin is friendly the rooms are way too small for the money that asked for this hotel way too expensive no electric outlets does it down on your laptop there’s no outlet on both sides only by the TV I will never go back there for sure

Recommended for backpacking, or if you just want to relax. It’s a small hotel but clean. They have free wifi, and netflix. Their breakfast is good.
