Volet's Resort Hotel & Restaurant

Disappointed on customer service. Toddlers (ages 2 & 4) are charged as adults in room rates. They even charge another P200 each for the buffet breakfast (see image). Which i was informed by the catering staff that it is buffet serving, one-time serving only. They didn't even let me borrow their spoon ans and fork. Their room has mug and 1 pack of coffee. Instead i used the sachet of coffee to mix. The pool was ok though the lazy pool has a pungent smell.

Di maayos pamamalakad nya lalo na sa mga naka check in sa hotel nila.dapat yung mga nka check in sa hotel ang binibigyan nilang pansin pero cla pa yung walang magandang access s sa mga facilities mas ok pa mag regular entrance fee sa resort.

It's fun and worth the money. It's big and have many slides, pools and different attractions but in the pool I don't know what it is but there's something itchy that are white specs. But overall it's Good

It's perfect bonding resort place. It has an impressive selection of different pools for every ages. Lots of slides. Sea characters inspired resort. Giant shower rooms. Full staff. Restaurant & Accommodation near by. While, having a secure lockers is a plus for me.as we all want to have fun and not worry about our belongings. Worth your money.

Pools and slides are good. Kids really enjoyed it. Mas madami na silang rooms and cottages as expansion which is good for their business but the shower room is not enough to accommodate lahat ng guests.took an hour para makapagbanlaw.

Good but has dirty kitchen and sink. Grillers are scattered but not enough for guests. Water and public restroom are limited

Wow I just visited this afternoon to see and inquire about their resorts for our incoming outing, wow so nice, i like the slides which is octopus form, wow wow wow a lot of wow, a lot of swimming pools i love the ambiance, spacious, very clean, affordable price and a friendly personnel, i love tje place, and I'm so excited to splash on the water, amd that will be next week.

Finally, we've been here in this place, last feb 20,2019, Wow ha? First hour kami together with closed friends, and relatives, amd also with my family, Wow na Wow ang place, we enjoyed the views, taking pictures in any angles, clean water with lazy blue river, can you imagine the number of cottages that reaches to third floor? Also very affordable and spacious it starts from 350, the shower room and toilet are so wide and clean, really convenient for everybody, spacious from inside and out, very very nice view, ive been in some places but on in volets resorts i found like this. Come and try the area, oh before i forget they also have wave pool.

I went to their resort to swim & I observed a few things.

1. The pools are fairly clean, but moss & dirt are still clearly visible.

2. Insects such as cockroaches are seen moving about near the pool & about as large as a thumb.

3. The life guards are okay but cannot see a minor distress which may become serious, an example of this is when I was swimming & I pulled a calf muscle. I was at deep water at that time so I had difficulty swimming to the surface & almost drowned if it were not for my swimming lessons helping me resurface & reach safe waters.

4. The staff is not very attentive.
When I got out of the pool & walked to the shower room, the life guard didn't even give a comment on what happened, he just looked at me without saying anything.

5. The staff sometimes forget their statements.
I then experienced a problem with their customer support when I lost my rash guard. I messaged them 2 days after I lost my rash guard & they completely forgot about it.they told me that "I ask the staff of the resort for your concern sir.

I'll just contact you then. Thank you ", I then messaged them again 2 days later asking if they found it & it seemed like they didn't even remember it at all. I kept asking them to check the shower room (the place that I lost my rash guard in) & all they could say was sorry as well as saying "it's probably lost by now" without even them stating that they checked the place out.

Conclusion: All my observations point to these words

Unempathetic- They cannot feel the distress & pain we feel if we are suffering from something.the example would be my rash guard, but more examples could be made with other peoples experiences.

Lenient- The company hiring the workers are lenient on their training of supporting their customers. The example is the life guard (also unempathetic) which also does not question what happened to the guest.

Unregulated- What I mean by unregulated is that the staff or the establishment does not make Groups/Parties for anything well. The example would be Groups/Parties for Cleaning, Life Guarding, After operations inspection & the like. If there was a party/group in charge of after operations inspection then I would have not lost my rash guard & it would have been promptly returned to me.

I am angry that they didn’t put an effort to find my lost items, but I am still glad that I lost that item, now I know that I WILL NOT be staying in this place EVER again.
I observed all of this with just a couple (4-5) days, try imagining a week or a month.

Known for its artificial wave! Big pools for adults and kids. Nice place for family and group get together! Affordable air-conditioned rooms with spacious lounge, bar and restaurants.

We stayed here April 21-22,2017.
PROS:
The room we occupied is surprisingly spacious.
The air-conditioning is so cold, there is an available TV with cable and mini ref.
The rest room is divided into three, one with the sink and second is for the shower, third for the toilet.
Room has two queen sized beds.
Several pool options.
Staff are courteous enough.
CONS:
They don't allow reservations.
Doesn't accept prepayments.
There is no kitchen inside the room.
The room rate and resort entrance are separate. The room we took is the one with hot shower priced at PhP 2,200 but hot shower not working. We also paid PhP 1,180 for resort entrance for 4 adults 1kid good from 4pm-12mn.
Food is expensive and not delicious.
The bedspread/blankets/pillow cases are either not changed or not cleaned thoroughly.
