Brisa Marina Beach Resort

Everything is extremely overpriced. Kitchen/restaurant is very disorganised as well. We had to wait for more than an hour for our order, which was pre-ordered months prior to our check in date, then later on they cancelled our order because they can no longer cook them. No apology whatsoever from the management until I had to confront him. We were promised a nice buffet breakfast, but it was a disaster too. So many guests for a small room. And everyone thought it was buffet but we were not allowed to come back for more. Portions of food is okay. But the dishes are just eggs, dried fish and strips of beef - not the kind of food you look forward to in the morning. Rooms are big enough. Beach is not as appealing as I thought it would be. Amenities are bland and very limited. Not so many instagramable sites too. Sorry, but I do not recommend this resort to anyone. The two stars I gave are for the extremely nice staff of this establishment.

Resort have a good spot in front of the beach. Public toilet maintenance is clean. Have 2 pools. Clean rooms and accommodating staff specially Mr.sam who assist us on while staying on the resort.

Spent three days and two nights here last week with the family and it was really disappointing. They don't have kitchen supplies/ingredients. Breakfast buffet wasn't really a buffet since you're only allowed to get food once. On our second morning, the buffet ran out of food immediately. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the number of pax present (it was fully booked at that time). Room service was also bad, towels provided were still wet and has holes in it. No room complimentary. They said they have free wifi but it wasn't available in our room. Overall it was a disaster.

Resort was nice and you get a good view of the sea, however the customer service was very poor. It takes hours for them to deliver basic services like food prep.and towel requests.

The property is far from the pictures than the actual. When we arrived at the place my booking confirmation is different from the room assigned to us contrary to reconfirmation made by head office in Mandaluyong thru roxie.the CS at the place did not entertain properly about my complaint she insisted that it was according to my reservation, rather she neglected to verify when I showed the soft copy (screen shot) where details are stated. She replied slightly arrogantly but I saw her body language clearly her discomfort. She assigned to us in a room where air-con is too small for a family room, original air-con attached is not working. Most worst happened when the electricity interrupted, there was a gen set below our floor (grd floor) as an alternative power, the mufflers where moisture and bad odor smoke is getting inside our room and there was no chance of ventilating our room and we are almost suffocated, it happens around past 3am, we have to vacate the room and I approached the CS lounge there was no one to assist me, I have to look for somebody but it takes me almost 30mins when a guy operating the gen set, told me and asked for apology for the power interruption. I ask him if their someone who can assist us to temporarily transfer to another room because we cannot sleep anymore and it's hard to breath inside as the windows could not be open due to smoke that is coming out from gen-set where mufflers directed to our room. Unfortunately no action taken, honestly I decided to checkout at that time, but my wife told me we have to stay outside instead & wait daytime before we check-out. Another bad experience I tried to borrow two drinking glass with a guy I assumed he was the supervisor/manager where his uniform is different or someone who has the authority in the resto, he told me he let someone to deliver to our room where he asked our room number and offered to purchase unlimited cocktail, nobody showed with a drinking glass.the only thing I only appreciate are waiters during the dinner who has courtesy. The rest is our bad experience. Our original check out supposed 12pm but we had checked out past 8am, no more enthusiasm to stay the rest hour.

This is in Bataan and somewhat far and remote but this is a good place to chill and enjoy the beach. Place has its own infinity pool and just on the beach area. They offer varied activity such as banana boat, volleyball and even jetski. There are also rooms to stay in if you want an overnight accomodation and their restaurant is also open until 10pm.

For 5000 + a night you will get to enjoy an overnight accomodation, sood and beautiful sunset and sunrise.

You can also bring good nut with a corkage fee

The place is quaint and non-touristy yet it gives you the luxuries of modern life like smart TVs with Netflix on and bidets.

It is almost like having the place privately to yourself. The pools are nice and the sea is clean, its floor sandy, and ever alluring.

I do, although, have some reemarks:
1. The lavatory on the ground floor could be cleaned better.
2. The dark blue pool's tiles are slippery.
3. The partition between the hotel and villas can be simpler if there is a gate or passageway inside rather than asking people to cross using the beach or outside the resort.
4. Food taste and quality can be improved.

All these, nonetheless, do not invalidate the value, beauty, and affordability of Brisa Marina. The staff are frienndly and helpful, too!

Friendly staff.clean rooms and dining area. Price of room was kinda pricey considering the size and the amenities that came along.overall it was okay but it's not something I would recommend or encourage.

Clean place with a good atmosphere. Friendly staff though the rooms are pricey. It needs a connection from one of the pools to the other though. And they need to make a net at the beach to make the guests safe from jellyfishes.

Over all 's a nice, neat and decent place for a resort and could have gave 4 star rating if foods are delicious and fairly priced, also the drive path for about 1KM long is rough road, however, parking area is spacious and Safe.

Staff are accomodating. Place is great. Mango shake is too pricey for a small glass with a non-aesthetic straw. Better to have it serve with metal straws considering it is close to ocean for awareness.

Pro's:

1. Front desk, guard, and restaurant staff were approachable and kind
2. Spacious and beautiful room (we chose the beachfront room)
3. The pools and beach is amazing and well-maintained
4. Nice roof deck
5. Food is good but a little bit pricey
6. They cooked the dried fishes my friend bought at the beach for us for 250 pesos

Cons:

1. Reservation is very frustrating. They are very unresponsive to chats, e-mails and texts. (You can ask screenshots from me.) Good thing my friends didn't gave up on contacting the resort, because if it weren't for them we would've moved on to another one.
2. The door at the veranda is hard to lock and unlock.
3. Cable tv is useless. The channels we want has no decent reception.
4. Restaurant has lots of flies (lunch time)
5. We ordered dinner at 5PM and we ask for it to be served by 7PM, yet they served it 30 mins.late
6. Minor nitpick: one of the large poolside beds has no foam

The service and food needs to improve. Price is high compare to nearby resorts. Hopefully they'll have more affordable water activities soon.

Probably because it was raining when we went there but the pillows smell a bit. They only give 2 sets of toiletries for a room good for 6pax, if you want extra, you have to pay for it which is a bit weird since you already paid for the room for 6 people. They also charge differently from who I contacted from their FB page and from their front desk. However, the view from the ocean view rooms is amazing and the food is yummy.

Stunning resort with a stunning view. Only 2 hours away from the city of Pilar. The road to this resort is a bit like Baguio so if you're prone to motion sickness better drink Bonamine in advance and take lots of plastic bags with you. There's an ongoing renovation in the neighboring resort so it's quite noisy in daytime.

Food is average. There are a lot of flies in the dining area when we were there which makes it really bothersome when eating. The beach is not that clean as well, you will see some trash lying around. They don't have a parking space so you will leave your vehicle outside the street. The road going to the place is so bad and there ain't enough signage to point you in the right direction. On the positive side, the staffs are polite and kind.

Would have rated this place 4 or even 5 stars, if not for the karaoke that blared on mindlessly since we arrived up until the late night, though they said it was supposed to stop by 09.30pm. What a lowdown. A KTV room would have made a huge difference.

We went there yesterday the resort was nice the food was ok but they only serve silogs and chicken fillet only nothing else and a bit expensive. The public C. R is also clean.there is a lifeguard insight.

Went around first in morong bataan but found no other resort much better than Brisa Marina Beachfront Resort. Budget friendly room rates, staff are so accommodating, place is very peaceful, food are really so good and prices are so affordable and most important is that the resort is continuously improving. So if you're looking for a place together with your family, friend or with a lover to go near metro manila, i am highly recommending Brisa Marina Beachfront Resort to everybody.

2 weeks ago I was there, place is cozy. Food is great pansit, clubhouse and banana fritters. I enjoyed a lot eating merienda at the beach while sitting at the lazy couch watching the sunset.great place for weekend getaway!
