The resort is not well-maintained, door handles, bathroom cabinets, ceilings and a lot more are rusty, our door is broken, only one light is working inside the bathroom, the floor inside our bedroom is sandy, the bathroom is wet and has no shampoo and soap. Only bath towels were provided. I refused to dip in the pool because it looks dirty as well because the water seems brown and it is surrounded with algae and litters like cigarette butts. Yuck. I don’t understand why because it seems that they have enough staff to clean the resort.

Food is overpriced because there is no other option. A basic silog (carenderia style) is priced at 300 pesos. The free breakfast is 1 silog only that comes with a small serving of rice and ulam. If you plan to eat at their restaurant make sure to inform them hours ahead because they cannot accommodate the no.of guests they have and you’ll not be informed upon check in. It happened to us so we left with no choice but leave the resort at night to look for a place to eat. Good thing we found an eatery.

I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. They are other resorts in the area.

So many things wrong about this place! Location is off and they won't tell you. Food prices feel like a 5-star resort with -5 star serving size. Staff are annoying and disturbed us as we were sleeping. Rooms are old and dated. Water is salty through the faucet and shower. The pool is dirty. Wifi is only available at the front desk and restaurant and only at 1 mbps. Signal is sooooo weak for both Smart and Globe.

The only saving grace is the beach. And that is free.

Great location yet the hotel offers somewhat an unpleasant experience when it comes to providing their guest the hospitality they need when it comes to unforeseen circumstances like power outages (due to heavy rain). It could have been avoided if they have maintained their place well, some restrooms are also unavailable at this place, I hope they fix this as the location is really nice.

Ayoko dito. Ang okay lang na rooms nila, ay yung 2nd floor pataas. Hindi well maintained ang facilities. Ang dumi ng mop nila, itim na yung katas pero ginagamit pa din. Walang ka bula bula yung mop. Napaghahalatang hindi nila nililinis yung room kasi may naiwang gamit yung previous customer na nag-stay doon sa room.

Yung sa CR. Lahat ng container nila ng handsoap, shampoo and body soap hindi ma-push walang lumalabas. Also, noong lumipat kami ng room walang body soap so kailangan pa namin humingi.

Merong kainan sa loob ng resort. Masarap yung kare-kare nila. About sa breakfast nila. 2 pcs tiny longganisa and 3 pcs tocino. Buti na lang may Milo. Parang yung Milo pa yung nagpa busog sa akin.

About sa staff, ang babait ng staff nila. And mabilis silang mag respond sa mga request namin.

Overall hindi ako masyadong nag-enjoy kasi wala masyadong atraksyon dito. Beach and pool lang kasi ang meron. Walang grass, so I can walk the dogs. Tapos yung resort mismo hindi well maintained. Hindi nga ako makaupo sa toilet. Parang ang dirty kasi. Yung ibang hotel na napuntahan ko hindi naman ganun ang feeling.

We stayed in this resort for 2 nights. The resort is pet friendly. But I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Their service was unsatisfactory and their staffs weren’t wearing masks. Their rooms were okay but the toilet was clogged and their tap water is very salty. The aircon and tv was also broken. They don’t have wifi and the cellular reception was very weak for both Globe and Smart, so working remotely is close to impossible. The beach was quite good, though it has strong waves. It might not be safe for the little ones. Their breakfast buffet was unsufficient for the guests that checked in, the food ran out as early as 8: 30am. This truly is one of the worst resorts we’ve been to.

Rusty areas, untiled fascias, and bad service: front desk to resto, watch your BP. The rooms lack basic amenities like hair dryers and clothes hangers, the beds creak, pillows smell of the last occupant. Just, no.

It doesn't matter if you had a good experience - we didn't which we feel, matters more: it's easier to screw up than hold a service level that's acceptable for the price paid for the amenities.

The resort is nice and the beach is amazing. Too bad its over priced, food is over priced too, road getting to it is the worst, very very rough road to top if all my wallet and car keys were stolen in the hotel and they didnt even provide any support at all instead they offered me a gc which of course i will use again there to their benefit. They have cctv but some dont work, their beach is so open at the back that anyone can come in anytime. It was the worst experience ever. When my wallet and car keys got stolen the best they could offer me wad a ride to the bus terminal in olonggapo but did they even bother to think how i will buy my bus ticket going home considering everything was stolen from me in their resort. They dont provide safety vaults but they said they have but you will tent it out, guess when they informed me about it, when my wallet and car keys were already stolen. I asked them to call the baranggay so we can put in record or something and the best they gave me was an incident report from their hotel alone and they told me they don’t do baranggay reports. Worst really the worst. Until now i am having a hard time sleeping with all the trauma i had with my stay with them. If you want to be safe and secure while having a vacation dont choose this resort.

Spent three days and two nights here last week with the family and it was really disappointing. They don't have kitchen supplies/ingredients. Breakfast buffet wasn't really a buffet since you're only allowed to get food once. On our second morning, the buffet ran out of food immediately. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the number of pax present (it was fully booked at that time). Room service was also bad, towels provided were still wet and has holes in it. No room complimentary. They said they have free wifi but it wasn't available in our room. Overall it was a disaster.

The property is far from the pictures than the actual. When we arrived at the place my booking confirmation is different from the room assigned to us contrary to reconfirmation made by head office in Mandaluyong thru roxie.the CS at the place did not entertain properly about my complaint she insisted that it was according to my reservation, rather she neglected to verify when I showed the soft copy (screen shot) where details are stated. She replied slightly arrogantly but I saw her body language clearly her discomfort. She assigned to us in a room where air-con is too small for a family room, original air-con attached is not working. Most worst happened when the electricity interrupted, there was a gen set below our floor (grd floor) as an alternative power, the mufflers where moisture and bad odor smoke is getting inside our room and there was no chance of ventilating our room and we are almost suffocated, it happens around past 3am, we have to vacate the room and I approached the CS lounge there was no one to assist me, I have to look for somebody but it takes me almost 30mins when a guy operating the gen set, told me and asked for apology for the power interruption. I ask him if their someone who can assist us to temporarily transfer to another room because we cannot sleep anymore and it's hard to breath inside as the windows could not be open due to smoke that is coming out from gen-set where mufflers directed to our room. Unfortunately no action taken, honestly I decided to checkout at that time, but my wife told me we have to stay outside instead & wait daytime before we check-out. Another bad experience I tried to borrow two drinking glass with a guy I assumed he was the supervisor/manager where his uniform is different or someone who has the authority in the resto, he told me he let someone to deliver to our room where he asked our room number and offered to purchase unlimited cocktail, nobody showed with a drinking glass.the only thing I only appreciate are waiters during the dinner who has courtesy. The rest is our bad experience. Our original check out supposed 12pm but we had checked out past 8am, no more enthusiasm to stay the rest hour.

Would have rated this place 4 or even 5 stars, if not for the karaoke that blared on mindlessly since we arrived up until the late night, though they said it was supposed to stop by 09.30pm. What a lowdown. A KTV room would have made a huge difference.

Fast forward to 2023, the same set of problems from 4-5 years ago still persists. Trust every negative reviews dito especially sa dining area, full of flies/langaw. Fat and healthy, parang may breeding ground sila dito. Mawawalan ka ng gana kumain.

The root cause lies sa management. Yes they receive complaints every visit pero do they exert effort to solve them? Definitely not.

Let's start with the facilities

Pool area - it's nice coz they have two pools and one of these is an infinity pool
Staff - they have very accommodating and nice staff na madaling iapproach.
Now the cons of staying here are

Rooms - rooms are clean pero sira na yung mga door locks and kinakalawang
Bathroom - same kinakalawang na din
The whole resort needs repainting. It's not appealing to the eye.
Food - Masarap naman yung food kaso overprice and ang unti ng serving. For the quality ng food, I find it overprice talaga.

They need to reconstruct the road as well. Sobrang hirap pumasok and bako bako ung daanan.

Yung isang pool madumi.

Overall, not going back here. Sayang kasi this place has a lot of potential. Di lang nila inaayos and sobrang overpriced ng food compared sa mga katabing resort

Pros: the beach is clean. Fine sands no sea urchins or sea weeds no rocks. Okay to walk barefoot. Room is spacious. Have Cabinet and safe. TV cable is available. Staffs are good. They offer water activities. Beachfront. They have drinking water dispenser outside your room. Affordable price for group travel. Aircon is soo cold. They provide toiletries like shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels. Tissue. I love the roof deck to watch the sunset, nice in the picture. Breakfast is okay.

Cons. Very challenging going to the resort. Rough road. Resort is Not very accessible. No stores or any other restaurants located in the area. NO WIFI. Signal is slow and bad. Needs improvement. Resort is not well maintained and pool is dirty. No refrigerator or electric kettle. No hair dryer. No flat iron.

Overall it’s a good place. I would recommend this place. Just don’t expect too much.

If the management develops and improve the service and amenities. The resort has potential to be one of the top travelers choice of staycation in Bataan.

Everything is extremely overpriced. Kitchen/restaurant is very disorganised as well. We had to wait for more than an hour for our order, which was pre-ordered months prior to our check in date, then later on they cancelled our order because they can no longer cook them. No apology whatsoever from the management until I had to confront him. We were promised a nice buffet breakfast, but it was a disaster too. So many guests for a small room. And everyone thought it was buffet but we were not allowed to come back for more. Portions of food is okay. But the dishes are just eggs, dried fish and strips of beef - not the kind of food you look forward to in the morning. Rooms are big enough. Beach is not as appealing as I thought it would be. Amenities are bland and very limited. Not so many instagramable sites too. Sorry, but I do not recommend this resort to anyone. The two stars I gave are for the extremely nice staff of this establishment.

Other than a great location, this resort dissappointed us. The room is old no heater, wifi amd extra blankets. To be fair, the staff are ok but would not go an extra mile to help.
The whole resort needs maintenance I hope they rebuilt or repair.

Place and rooms are nice. Food is not good, takes too long to cook and serving size is so small. Breakfast tocino has only 3 small pieces of meat with NO egg.

Resort have a good spot in front of the beach. Public toilet maintenance is clean. Have 2 pools. Clean rooms and accommodating staff specially Mr.sam who assist us on while staying on the resort.

Resort was nice and you get a good view of the sea, however the customer service was very poor. It takes hours for them to deliver basic services like food prep.and towel requests.

Friendly staff.clean rooms and dining area. Price of room was kinda pricey considering the size and the amenities that came along.overall it was okay but it's not something I would recommend or encourage.

Clean place with a good atmosphere. Friendly staff though the rooms are pricey. It needs a connection from one of the pools to the other though. And they need to make a net at the beach to make the guests safe from jellyfishes.
