We have stayed at Juanitas guesthouse many times with no issues whatsoever and have spent a lot of money and time in this place!

Remember don't smoke in the rooms!

When I checked out, I was told that the unused cup was broken and I was charged 50 pesos.
Please be careful when staying.

The Best dito is yun service nila, napaka daling kausap ng mga employee nila, sobrang mabait, di ka nila papahirapan esp if possible ang request mo, and malinis ang area nila. Mabuhay po kayo.

Very Friendly Staff and Clean Room awaiting all Guest, near by to “WALKING STREET “ where all the Live show are.

No thrills no fuzz accomodation.if you wish to just have somewhere to sleep. Just put thrascan at the door as a security alarm as all room doors just have door knob lock. Clean, water pressure just ok, the shower was a welcome treat, hot water was soothing somewhat. The outdoor neighborhood, vicinity well not really for suited if you have kids: Massage gallore everywhere and not the spa type. And a lot of night time workers abound. (not the BPO kind, if you get what I mean). But all in all okay. PS no parking, only street curb side parking

Everything is good, except for the water pressure in the shower and bidet. Also, the outside noise can be heard inside the room.

Rooms are a bit smaller than the hotel's counterparts nearby. There was no elevator so you may want to request to be assigned to the ground floor if you have trouble walking-up steep stairs. They have a 24/7 concierge and room service. Parking is along the road, in front of the hotel.

No complimentary shampoo, toothpaste, and water.

Room was clean. Heater is working. Wifi is good. But price doesn’t include breakfast and there is no shampoo in the room just small soap. But my stay there is so comfortable I wanna get back. Thank u staff for the very kind gesture. I forgot to asked the name of the front desk person comes morning.she’s very kind.

Better than a basic hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. A couple of minor things needing uprated and a couple small issues with shower drainage and sealant between shower and toilet. I would recommend if your on a budget and would consider another short term stay myself.

5 star for me even though not a 5 star hotel. Clean and decent room. Very affordable and just a walking distance from nearby facilities (pharmacy, 7-11, food stores, water refilling station) and SM city mall. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

Helpful office staff and cleaners, if you need assistance with anything from getting transport to printing documents etc they will help if they can

I'm updating this review as I think I did not give a proper rating last time.

I really appreciate how they took my initial feedback and totally exceeded my expectations when I returned to stay at this place.

I'll start with the price where they're very competitive, and they can really compete with other places that have lesser amenities.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The room I got was not perfect, it had some niggles that I could brush off any inconveniences that they could have caused me.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I would not hesitate to come back here for another stay.

Very good budget hotel. But rooms are small with no view but priceviese If you are on a budget and want to be close to the action it would be a good choice.

As I am running guesthouse in Korea. I should say that This is simple and classic Guesthouse. No matter who want best facility shouldn't stay in this place.
But who looking for decent place to stay. This is the place you must stay with in Angeles.
You should know that I check almost 17 hotels and guesthouse in that area (because I had reservation problems). That's the best with reasonable price and friendly staff. Might the other guesthouse and hotel and hotels look better at reception interior but room all look simular and not so big differents inside room.
So shortly I will recommend this guesthouse to everyone who I know.

Plus there is laudry shop on the same road to SM mall so you don't have bring a lots of clothes

This is my number one restaurant for breakfast when I am in Angeles. 85 pesos for a fulfilling and quality breakfast. I recomend to anyone travelling or staying in the area.

Cozy for a single couple. We really enjoyed are stay suprised by how clean the place was it was actually nice small rooms but baloney to lookout have a cig. If your a smoker that's always nice.was very affordable. If your on a budget

I first came upon this place when I was single and every year for the last six years me and my family always stay here as our first go to hotel. Kuya Bri their driver has picked up and dropped us off several times. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Will be coming back there very soon:)

It is a nice budget hotel with an excellent staff. If you want a 1000p a night place for a month i recommend it. It also has a budget friendly cafe.
