27Some rooms have cockroaches and ants. And the water pressure on the shower is marely anything. And the internet simply doesn't work. But u get what you pay for
Gives senior citizen discount (to Filipinos). Nice & clean rooms. Internet needs improvement though.
Cost Very reasonable!
We have stayed at Juanitas guesthouse a few times and found it very good for the price.
The place has a bar and restaurant which is reasonably priced and very good food.
Only a few hundred yards from Walking street.
Very pleased with the price and standards.

Great food at restaurant on main floor. Not too many hotels with affordable rooms offer a fridge, a good WiFi a good bed and flat screen tv. Close to the action of main street. I come back here every time.
Love the friendly staff and service. Their beer is cool place to hang out and have your drink. Their BBQ is a must try.
Resonable price, room service food yummy, can have room massager.only there are some strange taste of the water.
Reasonable rooms at decent price.easy access from airport and safe location. Wi-fi could be a bit better but overall good stay.
