Poor customer service. Good products they have and I’m with my aunt good customer here but disappointed towards long process of waiting for the receipt after full payment then another numerous process of checking by different staffs before we can bring out our merchandise. What really disappointed us was 2x incident of our separate pre fully paid order were not called to us when already ready to be picked up of which their excuse was the sales staff quit. Therefore we waited for longer than the expected arrival coz no one notified us. What an inconvenient to our part that we have to follow up personally. Poor communication on their part without endorsement when the staff quit. Please improve your customer service coz everything is paid cash on our part. Make it worth it. So many staffs around but not doing their job.

Vey poor

Hundred Island, Alaminos, Philippines, a very beautiful marine tourism destination! There are many islands that can be visited within 4 hours and there are rides that we can try. From Manila it's a 4 hour journey and we can cross to this island by fishing boat

The rooms are small as expected due to being more affordable but the lack of any sound proofing is a deal breaker.we were woken up by the other room’s partying/singing/laughter and there was no staff in the early morning to get help from.here are some points to take note of:
• 11pm quiet hours policy cannot be properly implemented due to lack of staff in the evening up to early mornings.
•expect reduced privacy due to the rooms having no sound proofing and the hallway is narrow so any sounds (even simple conversations) can be heard
•the location is in the top of the hill therefore a steep drive/walk is to be expected.
•internet/signal is not so good in the area while complimentary wifi is not so reliable
•design of the building is good looking and the view of the sea is great! But Common CR (cleaned once daily) and rooms needs improvement

This fall is very good to have a relax day. I would recommend to select any 2 falls out of 3 and spend your day. We did fall 1 and 3. Bolinao falls 1 was little crowded but 3 wasn’t, maybe because we went to 1st fall before 1pm and 3rd one after 3 pm.
(Note- Each fall have individual entry fees which you have to pay separately before entering each fall.)

I never thought there would be such a great place in Ago~
The place and atmosphere are the best.
But the food tastes so good~~~
The pizza was cold, probably because it wasn't baked by hand.
The sinigang was so salty that I could barely eat it and it was packaged.
At least the chop swiss was good. There are a lot of them~~~

The picturesque scene in the area is refreshing including the store and foof shops makes you want to relax

Kinda trendy, romantic spot, we brought our child and our dog. They have more parking than tables and service was a bit slow. They also had a dog and it barking at our dog. However our dog behaved 100% and did not respond to the other dogs complaining. Not really a dinner place more like snacks. This all being said, We will probably go again.

Environmental fee will cost you 40 pesos per head while the entrance fee on each Falls is 30 pesos, I don't get it why need environmental fee for a private Bolinao Falls which has a entrance fee and parking fee? BTW the place is boring
