My wife and I had to do a name change on a ticket to El Nido that was leaving in 15 hours. We came to this office during the office Christmas party and the staff took the time to solve our issue. They were all very kind and helpful people.

If you're thinking you can cancel a flight from this airline and get a refund. Think twice. They're a big SCAM! I cancelled my flight from them since I have to instead change route and visit family member in Puerto Princesa. Last July. They sent me a reply confirming that they will cancel and after 30 working days, proof of refund will be sent to my email less the processing or booking fee which was 1200 less from 8911 pesos total. Fast forward more than 30 days, they replied it's still in the process. I regularly email a follow up. Nobody answers the phone. Sometimes when they answer they just follow up but no progress. Maybe 2 months after I cancelled and still in the process. I emailed them that I request a refund from my bank and my bank is investigating and will take action soon. They they replied that it's already in the financial department. Didn't reply when I did a follow up email. Before Nov 15, my bank refunded me the whole amount. They originally said in the email that they contacted the processing bank and if they didn't respond on or before Nov. 15, they will refund my money. They did last Nov. 12 and I got the total I paid for, and still no response from Airswift. I read somewhere whilst I was emailing Airswift in the beginning (coz I'm having a bad feeling) that it's like they don't really process it, so some people just don't even bother or some completely forget it. Like what a scam, you already have a lot of money why you play dirty like that? Lesson learned. I will never fly from this airline again. BEWARE!

My flight was cancelled on January 1st. Customer service stated it may take 30-60 days to receive my refund. It has now been 136 days and I still haven't received it. Terrible customer service experience. They rarely respond to my e-mails requesting an update on the process.

I was hoping to pay my excess baggage fee with the credit on a cancelled flight. Bad costumer service, she just hang up on me! I can't believe it! Had to pay for another flight.their website is just as bad because it's impossible to pay the bills excess baggage ahead of time.

Flight got cancelled and there is NO refund. I've tried to reach the customer service via mail, Facebook, phonecalls and Instagram. No reaction, horrible!

Allowed free baggage on departure then charged 1,500php to take the same bag back on the return trip. A obvious predatory business model.

Very unhelpful staff at check-in and via e-mail correspondence. Left a very bad taste after spending a lot of money for their service.

They are pricey and their customer service agents don’t pick the phones. I booked a ticket from boracay to el nido and it was canceled due to typhoon tisoy and we tried to contact them but no one was there to pick the phone! I guess Aileen is the only one working in the customer service and I wonder why don’t they increase their staff by at least one more in the customer service! They finally answered my call and they will refund me but they told me that the refund process will take ~45 business days!

The website is no good. But beeing a small airline I can understand that - no hard feelings. But if you want to call or email their customer service, then your in for allot of frustrations. Undermanned so your lucky if you only spend two hours trying to get hold of them. Email is not answered. I’ve spent so much time just changing one simple flight and it’s still not resolved.
If management is reading this, please comment and if you agree - kindly advice an action plan on how to improve.

Service of air crew were good. The reason 3 stars, I had a flight being cancelled in January 2018. Was offered to reschedule or refund. As a foreigner visiting PH for a short time, i requested for the refund. I have written emails and they response is still in process. Today I received another response that my refund is in process (2nd August2018). I had a refund from PAL, it took them 2 weeks to refund it back to my account.
**i hope it won't take 1 year to refund**

I had to take a last minute flight out of el nido to clark.
I avoided these mini airlines due to poor ratings, but wow, clean brand new plane, awesome staff, flight was on time, and no hassle!
Would use them again.

One of the best flight experiences I have had. Newer planes and quick flights. I flew from Boracay to El Nido stayed a couple days then flew El Nido to Manila. Both flights were on time and well managed. Take advantage of the SUPER fast wifi at the airport lounge in El Nido. (Thank me later)

Worst experience booking with this company. They said they would do a bunch of things and then don't follow through. Don't let them promise you anything, especially if you don't want to be left at the airport. Also, they won't help change your flight times even if it's their fault. They don't take fault for anything. Don't trust their service.

The only airline that flies into El Nido (visit Palawan without having to deal with Puerto Princessa and the 6+ hour van ride north). Tickets were sold out online, but was able to purchase tickets at the counter in MNL terminal 4/domestic.check-in was a breeze and agents are professional, planes are new and really nice 50-seaters, packed lunch swag bag (ham and cheese on croissant, brownie, oj and water bottle) was a pleasant suprise.

We had to book a flight with AirSwift to go to the El Nido Resorts in Palawan and it was the worst!

TL;DR the people are incompetent and give you wrong information. Most of them are unresponsive, unwilling to help, and unprofessional. El Nido was beautiful but we definitely won't be returning if AirSwift is the only way to get there.

It took over 3 weeks to book the tickets. The reservations staff were unresponsive and incompetent. They would not pick up their 3+ different phone numbers and sometimes put you on hold only to hang up, which is super annoying because calling internationally charges for the time you're on hold. When we requested our flights, they sent us confirmation emails with misspelled names. When asked to correct, they sent it again with the names still misspelled AND for the wrong flight. In the end, we had 30 emails back and forth before we were finally able to book tickets.

The day of the flight, we tried to ask to get on an earlier flight because our connecting flight arrived early and we were told by one of their workers that there was space. The woman working at the check in counter (Angie) told us to wait and they would help us out. AirSwift closes check in 45 minutes before the flight takes off and they are strict about the deadline. We waited next to the counter within sight of Angie for almost an hour. We watched her turn away a family of 3 from the flight for arriving 5 minutes after check in closing. After she turned them away, she comes to us to tell us some irrelevant information until finally saying that we cannot get on the flight because we missed the check in time deadline. What? We have been there for 45 minutes and the only reason we missed it is because she told us to wait and she waited until after the deadline to follow up. It was really the stupidest thing. They could have told us no from the start instead of wasting our time.

When it was time for our flight, we see her again and she and her coworker start talking about us in Tagalog right in front of us, even though she knows my friend can speak and understand Tagalog since she spoke to Angie in Tagalog earlier. They couldn't wait until after we left to gossip?

The last thing was the girl working at the gate also told us wrong information. I went to ask when we were boarding because there were no signs on the TVs and she said they don't start until 15 min before departure. However, the ticket clearly states that your seat will be forfeited if you don't board by then. I double checked with her twice and she impatiently said the same thing. She seemed to be in a hurry to get back to looking at Facebook on her phone.

After watching the family get turned away earlier, we viligently listened and watched for a sign to board. We heard one announcement a little over 20 minutes before the flight time and boarded a bus to go to the plane. There were no signs or other warnings. The flight took off 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so if we listened to that girl, we really would have been left behind!

If not obvious, I don't recommend this airlines. Unfortunately, they are the only ones to fly to El Nido but maybe you can visit Coron or Puerto Princessa in Palawan instead. I heard Coron is also very beautiful and other airlines fly there.

Planes are wonderful. New and clean.

However, the landline reservation desk people are horrid!
The phones ring to no end with seldom a pick up! So once you speak to anyone, make sure you say all you need to say. Because "good luck" on your follow up call! It may take you the whole day.no kidding!
