Angels Pizza, Pateros

Ordered here countless of times, as you see, fave talaga namin ang creamy spinach dip hindi nawawala sa order mas preferred lang naman mag order thru call and pick up nalang para 30mins lang waiting time.

My order was for self pick up, and the trasanction was very fast and easy. I went their around 11am and therw is no queue outside.

No response from complaints, 2x happened to us. First, rude staff from pateros branch, just dropped off my call while we were talking. And recently, I sent a messege to both main and branch pages about wrong flavor of pizza delivered to us but still, no response from their end.

3.5 hours delivery time!

There's 'Filipino' time and then there's a joke.

Two times I've ordered from this branch, both took over 3 hours to arrive? ! Great delivery boy, not his fault, it's the processing.

Come on guys, you have some of the best pizza in Manila but your service needs to improve to cater for the demand.pretty simple, right?

Won't be ordering again.

We love their pizzas but the service is so low. The last 4 times we ordered pizza with coke they forgot the coke, four times in a row! The last time, I told the rider to go back to the store and tell the manager to call us, he didn't. We call and the solution for them was send the coke the next day, also the pizzas were cold. I guess and taking the advance that the pizzas were cold than maybe we can eat all together the next day, hilarious. We call the manager and I explained all happened. He gave us his number, he offer free pizza in compensation for all this issues. Now we are trying to call him and no one is answering, it looks that the number is fake. Well guys, you lost a customer. Good luck.

Update after 3 weeks.

We order again we call the supervisor and he did not offer the pizzas for so we pay.they said it will arrive around 7: 30pm. The rider called us at 6: 30 saying is on the way but he needs to deliver to someone else first. Well.all good yah.it's 7: 39.or the rider has a oven in the motorbike or for sure the pizzas are ice cold. Thank you again DEVILS PIZZA. LAST TIME

Poor service! Mag two years ng pandemic d pa dn kayo nkaka adopt sa delivery service niyo? Taguig lang hindi niyo kaya ma servisan.

Tried their Creamy Spinach Pizza before and i fell in love! Absolutely amazing taste. So given a chance, i ordered it via a food delivery app and i was really satisfied. May have to order again soon. Freshly made and lovr the dough.

Still is the best pizza, especially considering its price.

It did take about 30 to 45 to wait and we had to wait outside along a very busy street because of Covid protocols.

Whenever I order, the phone reps always ask for the amount of the bill I have so the delivery guy could bring some change but they always let the delivery guy go empty handed of change. They always do that every single time. Time consuming and frustrating!

Food is delivered hot. Once you order they tell you at once on what is the estimated time of delivery. Best time to order delivery is on the morning. After 3pm the delivery time ranges from 2hrs to 4hrs due to the volume of deliveries.
