Grabe wag nyo tangjilikin to nag order kmi ng 10pm delivery time is 30 to 45 mins tapos sasabihin 12am nng morning sana dinyo tinanggap order kung di nyo kya gawin at wag kyo mag bigay ng time sa mga mag online order wag n kyo mag order dto nkakadismaya p###

This branch is extremely unsanitary. All the pizza slices I ordered and had delivered has hair that appears curly, I threw all the pizza away as it looks like pubic hair. Don't ever order from this branch.

Took too long to deliver. Pizza is cold upon delivery. 3hrs minimum delivery time. Very disappointing.

We are walk in customers and we felt like we were the less priority. We've been waiting for almost an HOUR thats crazy in terms of customer service. There should be a more organized work flow in this area, so they can be manage their service for walk in customers

Kung pwede nga lang na 0 star, yan bbgay ko. Ang tigas na ng pizza and Bloody pa ung chicken. It took almost 3 hrs bago dumating ung order ko namin.

Branch accepts lots of orders but failed to deliver the orders on time. My order got delayed for 2.5 hours.

Poor ung rate ko kasi napaka bagal ng service nila mas inuuna pa mag celphone bago magtake orders even ung sa grabe orders mga nakaready na nag aantay pa sila kung sino mag oout ng pagkain ano bang klase yan wala ba kayong managers or supervisor na pwedeng mag monitor ng staff sa branch ng pateros? Lahat penipending kahit ready na? !

Very worst experience! 3.5 hours delivery time. Wrong pizza binigay. We noted na sana patanggal ng pork but still gave us the wrong pizza. I hope this branch train their staff to have good customer service.

Ordering from this branch is always a challenge. Like really bad service. The staff are poorly trained to handle such demands which affects the delivery of their products. I wish my area is under Makati Branch like the old times because they have better service than this pathetic Pateros Branch.

Ang panget ng serbisyo nila tapos yung mga tao parang ang tatapang pa kahit kasalanan nila bakit ang tgal ng order

No response from complaints, 2x happened to us. First, rude staff from pateros branch, just dropped off my call while we were talking. And recently, I sent a messege to both main and branch pages about wrong flavor of pizza delivered to us but still, no response from their end.

3.5 hours delivery time!

There's 'Filipino' time and then there's a joke.

Two times I've ordered from this branch, both took over 3 hours to arrive? ! Great delivery boy, not his fault, it's the processing.

Come on guys, you have some of the best pizza in Manila but your service needs to improve to cater for the demand.pretty simple, right?

Won't be ordering again.

We love their pizzas but the service is so low. The last 4 times we ordered pizza with coke they forgot the coke, four times in a row! The last time, I told the rider to go back to the store and tell the manager to call us, he didn't. We call and the solution for them was send the coke the next day, also the pizzas were cold. I guess and taking the advance that the pizzas were cold than maybe we can eat all together the next day, hilarious. We call the manager and I explained all happened. He gave us his number, he offer free pizza in compensation for all this issues. Now we are trying to call him and no one is answering, it looks that the number is fake. Well guys, you lost a customer. Good luck.

Update after 3 weeks.

We order again we call the supervisor and he did not offer the pizzas for so we pay.they said it will arrive around 7: 30pm. The rider called us at 6: 30 saying is on the way but he needs to deliver to someone else first. Well.all good yah.it's 7: 39.or the rider has a oven in the motorbike or for sure the pizzas are ice cold. Thank you again DEVILS PIZZA. LAST TIME

Poor service! Mag two years ng pandemic d pa dn kayo nkaka adopt sa delivery service niyo? Taguig lang hindi niyo kaya ma servisan.

Sana nag pa pre order nalang kung 5 hrs pala delivery nyo. Wala sa ayos!

Whenever I order, the phone reps always ask for the amount of the bill I have so the delivery guy could bring some change but they always let the delivery guy go empty handed of change. They always do that every single time. Time consuming and frustrating!

Masarap naman ung pizza nila and the staff is polite when answering to my follow ups. HOWEVER, I am rating the Pateros Branch 2 stars because the waiting time is so long! It took 3 hrs for my pizza to be delivered on my 1st time ordering. And now for the second time, they took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING TIME! Tapos kulang pa po yung dumating. 4 boxes instead of 5. We just refunded the missing pizza.

Their excuse was isa lang daw ang gumaganang oven nila which is unacceptable.

So no more Angel's Pizza for the time being for me.

Ordered buy 1 take 1, yung isang pizza may buhok. Hindi isa kundi talong magkakahiwalay. Called their customer service at pinalitan naman nila yung isa. 1 star sana kayo sakin kung hindi.
