38I don't get why LOAs cannot be converted online, seems like a tactic to lessen availment of services to save on cost.
I understand that since I have no HMO I have to pay. Paid 1250 for a blood serum pregnancy test. I need my test for my proof of non pregnancy to travel. Usually price for this is 280 in supercare. I was told that I can claim my result the next morning. When I went to the cashier the cashier asked for extra 10 pesos which I gave and didn't bother to ask. Receipt.was just 1250. When I went to the lab the med tech told me I can get my result.on Monday. (I went there Friday) I wanted to back out and she told me I can get it the following day but in the afternoon thru email. She gave me the email address but as I emailed the company the next day they did not reply until they got my Fifth email and said it was not ready yet. They should have said no so that I could have decided to find another center. I need it to travel since I am a seafarer and it is one of my requirements. Very inconvenient. But when you enter they were like group into 5 chattering only.
Did my physical exam here twice and though they have this appointment scheme, it is a first come first serve basis once you get inside. My appointment was supposed to be at 7AM. I came in 10 mins before 7AM and I was still sitting on their reception past 8AM waiting for my number to be called.
I have dependents who are also member of Intellicare. Why do I have to coordinate them with our HR even they are not employee of the company ("they are just my dependents"). We were also advised from our company it is not necessary to do so. When I also asked this to the personnel, they never gave me any feedback. So my request did not proceed.
Completing my medical exam here is fast because it's just X-RAY. I didn't experience any trouble so it's 5 stars for me.
It's so difficult to set up an appointment with them. It takes weeks bago ka may makausap na matino. Magbibigay ng confirmation ng appointment for the next day at 7: 14 pm? Sino ba namang professional ang gagawa noon? People could already be sleeping or eating dinner at that time. Walang phone number na matawagan. Kapag tinatawagan yung phone number na ginagamit nila to text, di naman nagsisipagsagot. Parang hindi hypertension ng senior citizen yung concern ko.
Very slow queueing process. Made an appointment at 11am finished at almost 2pm. Waste of time. Would just go to a different clinic next time.
Okay experience at Aventus. I went there early and was accommodated immediately. The staff were nice, too and helped guide me through the different processes. The doctor listened to my problems well and addressed all my concerns. The elevator was scary though, as it tended to shake and make sounds when moving.
Lab staff is unfriendly and complacent. Their instructions are absolutely unclear and they get annoyed when you ask questions. Isn't this a partner of FWD Insurance? This is regrettable. Wouldn't recommend. Just get your Intellicare Letter of Authorization and use another clinic.
Laboratory staff are okay, their friendy. However, the front desk personnels are rude, unprofessional. I waited two hours only to know that my doctor was on leave.
I came to see an endocrinologist at around 11: 30 am. Was given a number of 453, and the time, the screen shows 350+ is being serviced which means I am aware it will take another while before it's my turn. I patiently waited.
After more than two hours (around 2: 15pm). It was finally my turn. And the receptionist told me I didn't make it in time and to come back the next day! I was clearly upset and she tried to check with the doctor and was told the doctor refused to see me since there was just not enough time.
And referred me to another hospital. So there I was, sick.waited for more than two hours for nothing.
I was asked to come back for urinalysis 3 days after my initial check up. When I did, the staff from the laboratory told me that I only needed a sterilized container to have my urine sample, which I could only get from the reception area. I already approached the receptionist and said that I would only need a container. They said I really have to wait for my turn because they had to accomodate a long line of patients first. I was very disappointed that I was only able to get my sterilized container 2 hours after I asked. I had to hold my pee for fear that if I emptied my bladder right away, it would be very difficult to collect the right amount. It could have just taken seconds to give me what I asked for. Waiting time is so long and unreasonable just for a simple act of giving a sterilized container. I wish you would fix that so others won't have the same experience that I did. -Aventus Makati Branch.
Everyone was professional and nice and tbh it was really fast so idrk kung bakit slow yung reviews ng iba.they were clear on giving instructions and not one employee, may it be a nurse or a doctor, was rude.
Went in Aventus Makati at 10am for consultation with an OB who's clinic hours start at 10am. My number was called 12nn and they told me the doctor is only until 12nn. Wasted my time for nothing. Poor and slow moving qeuing scheme.
Poor dental service. Basic lesson to all other Dentist out there - honor your booking schedule - DO NOT LIE to your patients - and most important of all, check your ARROGANCE.
Unprofessional, i collected my stool sample at home at 8: 30am tapos travel time ko is 1 and a half hour i arrived 10am nilagay ko sya sa ziplock tapos hindi tinaggap expired naraw jusko kelan pa naeexpire ang tae
Binastos nila kaibigan ko. Kelangan ba talagang lalaki ang nasa X-ray kahit babae ang nakasalang?
The check up process is systematic, though some of their healthcare staffs don't know how to give instructions clearly.
