Poor quality service lalo na ung mga nasa nurse station. Unahin muna nila mag take note ng mga gagawin, lage na lang nila nakakalimutan. Hindi valid na reason ung nakalimutan. Mag take note kayo wag puro daldalan sa nurse station. Mas marami pa follow up ung mga pasyente. Paanu pa kaya kapag emergency? Hindi niyo pa din pupuntahan.

I wouldn’t even give a single star to this hospital. They’re really giving their best service base on your status! My 4 yr old son having a high fever, didn’t even move a finger to check on my son. No matter how heavy or light the situation. Show them your stash of cash first!

If you're HMO user, you're not their priority. My parents went their and waited more than 2 hrs just to be told that they have to wait until morning. Mind you, parents was there around 11PM. Very bad service

Worse experience ever. Mag papacheck up lang sa derma pinag antay pa kame ng 5 hrs. Walang pakelam mga staff dito sa pasyente. Grabe!

I was really disappointed with this hospital. We came to the ER for a consultation, and the doctor didn't even assess the patient's pain properly in my opinion. She asked like 3-4 questions, only looked at the patient without even pointing out the part of where the pain is. She kept forgetting to update us and give the medication, which she had advised (had to go inside to ask where the medication was).

Upon seeing the lab results, she said it was nothing to worry about since there were only a few bacteria (she did not specify the cause or a more detailed finding). She prescribed meds (no detailed explanation what its for). Our IV catheter had to be removed at home because the hospital didn't bother to remove it.

We were charged 1000 (500php consultation fee and 500php ER Room fee) even though we only stayed outside and didn't even get a bed + meds (Total was around 4,000php). When I asked them why we had to pay for a room we weren't even offered, they said it was part of a package fee, which I find completely absurd.

While I appreciate the doctors' and nurses' dedication to work, I also hope they understand that not all patients can afford such fees and that some people choose this hospital because they expect to receive proper care (something better than free clinics or government hospitals can offer). Considering that people pay for these services, being tired due to working late or longer hours is not an acceptable excuse.

Shoutout sa nurses sa ER yesterday, June 14 2022 between 10am to 1pm. Hello sa inyo, sana masarap ulam nyo kahit hindi kayo mahal ng mama nyo. Basic customer service hindi marunong. Given madame tao pero sana kahit proper coordination man lang with the patient meron and correct instruction. ER kame nagpunta because for us, our case was an emergency, but still, we waited for 2 hours bago macheck ng doctor.then we were asked to go to the laboratory and xray ourselves kahit na ung patient is hilong hilo na at hindi na talaga makalakad. And ang masaya pa dun, when we were in xray, pinagbabayad kame kahit na nakaHMO kame. When we told them na nakaHMO kame, pinapabalik muna kame sa ER para ipaapprove daw muna ung request for xray. I left my patient sa xray na and i went back to ER and asked them about it, then dun pa lang nila sinabi na yes ipapaapprove muna yun. Sige, i waited for 30 minutes muna bago ako nagfollow up kung natawagan na ba and then ang sabi saken was "sir meron ako for admission ngayon, mag antay kayo". I was stunned. Kasi prior to this, nakikita ko silang petics and nagkkwentuhan lang. I asked kung pwede ko na lang makuha ung hmo card and id and lilipat na lang kame ospital, and ayun binigay naman saken.

Ang saya lang ng experience sa emergency room and process nila. Parang hindi ER.

Ps. Bago pala ang eksena ko, may mga nagalit na patient sa isang nurse dahil sa attitude ng nurse. Sabi pa ng nurse na pasigaw, "matagal na kong nurse dito, alam ko ginagawa ko" sabay walk out. Bravo

Sobrang bastos ang babae sa admitting at yung lalake sa HMO
April 19,2022 at 1045pm hanggang April 20,1236 ng umaga.

Sa commonwealth hospital naalng kayo mag pa check up sobrang bait ng HMO, admission at ER staff.

Hindi lang kinayanan ng katawan ko umabot sa commonwealth kaya ako napad pad sa bulok na hospital na to

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this hospital. They don't even deserved a star, I just don't have the option because I needed my review to be posted. We LOST an ANGEL because of their NEGLIGENCE.

RT-PCR test is not covered by Maxicare. Their staff checked and validated our HMO for more than an hour only to be told that we have to personally shoulder the expense for taking PCR (Php 3600+) or better go to St. Lukes.

By the way, I sent an inquiry at 6: 05 AM and only received the same reply that they don't do PCR by Maxicare at 4: 45PM. Very timely

POOR QUALITY SERVICE. MOST OF THE STAFFS AND DOCTORS HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY. EMERGENCY YET YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOW MANY HOURS TO BE ACCOMMODATED.

BUT I WOULD LIKE TO THANK DRA. YORO AND DR. ACUÑA FOR EXPEDITING THE PROCESS. HOPING FOR A BETTER SERVICE NEXT TIME.

We asked for a private room, they keep on saying that all private rooms are accommodated, pati semi private nakuha na rin. Then they offered suite room which is of course mas mahal. Ang nakapagtataka, yung mga nakasabay namin nakakuha naman ng semi private rooms. Hmmm.bakit ganun, parang pinagastos kami ng todo eh meron naman palang available semi private rooms.

Doctors are always late. Don't come to this hospital. If you love ur life dont you ever go to this hospital. 5 hours late ang doctor and there is a chance macancel pa ung appointment.

Staff services are not good.security guards are not attentive.cleanliness of the hospital and amenities should be improved.my mother has an orthopedic disability and yet they dont have the decency to allow us to use their wheelchair to cross the street.

Doctors are always really really late. Nurses in the ER dnt act like they're in the ER. Chatting and idling when there's a patient clearly waiting to receive attention. You'll usually feel worse before gwtting a diagnosis after waiting for 2-3 hrs in average
