They've got a great roster of Pediatricians. Dr. Emmanuel S. Dela Cruz has been our family Pediatrician for the past 20 years. He's an awesome doctor! Highly recommended.

So far I have given 5 stars to this hospital because for me when i was by the check up the doctor is very accommodating.it looks like she's doing a great job and the patience is really happy for the services whether it walk in or provided by their accredited HMO.i will going back their because the all around service amaze me and it not took so long but still depend on department you have a check up.if you guys have any questions just go to this hospital for more inquiries and they can further assists you.

This have been my hospital along with my family. Even if I can go to other hospitals, this is where I felt that I was taken good care of. From guards to nurses, to doctors who were very accommodating and friendly. Doctors here were really good in terms of their specialties, so I entrusted them with all my heart: D I have made so many checkups and so many appointments here as a patient. They have cheaper price than other private hospitals nearby, so even if I have been to other high end hospitals before, I still choose Bernardino as they already have all my records since then and I like the service very much!

Their prices are way cheaper than surrounding hospitals. Very competent yet accommodating staffs. They are strict in implementing minimum health protocols during this time of pandemic. Keep up!

Great service. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Staff were wonderful and I cannot say enough nice things esp to the lab dept. God bless!

Social distancing observe here, mabilis naman ang pagprocess on time din ang OB-GYN matagal lang yung paglabas ng result sa lab it took almost 2 hours iinisip ko na baka paalis na yung Doctor wala pang result. Overall mabilis naman ang mga nurse, staff. Medyo pricey lang ang mga laboratory, ultrasound compare sa ibang clinic.

I gave birth here last September 2017! My experience is okay. I highly recommend my OB Dra. Analiza Cruz. She's good from prenatal through delivery and up to post natal care. Affordable hospital rate. Not so bad for their OB ward which has super cold aircon. I just stayed there for 24 hours.

There's doctors available for all body and health matter's doctors staff and nurses very professional easy freindly to talk to there's internal medicine surgeons if needed eye ear throat doctors etc.nice private rooms. And sharing rooms available the place is big lots of sitting areas but can get very busy there's emergency and swab testing area for covid19

Different patients have different experiences in this hospital. Some are bad but for me its quite good. They have provided me and my family great service. This isn't a high-end hospital so don't expect much. This isn't the cheapest as well. They can at least take care of you in-case of emergencies and give you first aid and other medical tests. If you feel the need to transfer hospitals, there are plenty of hospitals around the area.

Be sure to arrive at least 2 hrs before the doctor's schedule. Ilang beses na kaming pumupunta dito pero lagi na lang, kung hindi cancelled yung sched ng doc or nagpapa cut off ng maaga. Such a waste of time. Hindi lang oras nyong mga doc ang mahalaga. Mind you dumadating kami at least 1.5 hrs before doctor's sched. When it comes to laboratory, mas affordable compared sa ibang hospital. Mas malamig din compared sa ibang hospital.

Retrieving of medical records will take you 30mins.of waiting and another 15mins.waiting to be called for your vital signs.

Price is okay. Some staff are nice, only one rude staff I encountered (that girl in HMO) does not look at you while talking and could not even give out proper instructions, totally unprofessional! Their process is tiring for a patient. From getting lab results, scheduling appointments, etc.

Been to their ER before and they were able to attend to me so I'll rate them ok for that. I just had to wait a bit long since there are too many patients but they were able to escalate me when I started complaining.

Just had a bad experience with the OPD. Called in to inquire about my sister's lab results - first number I dialed gave me a number no one answers, dialed another number that is virtually busy, dialed a third number that turned out to be the trunkline - punched in the OPD extension, got a ring - but was put on hold, without any advice or anything. The person who picked up the phone just ignored the call, and even checked on me if I was still there. Very unprofessional! Disappointed.

Affordable rates if you really need to see a doctor. But really long lines. Expect to wait for at least an hour, especially if the doctor you're assigned to arrives late.

Doctors are usually late, really late. Had an appointment at 10am and the doctor arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later. Plus, they expect people to know the process without explaining how patients will go about.

Sana po wag masyadong masusungit ang mga guard kasi expected nten may mga pasyente talaga na hirap umintinde at dapat malawak ang pang unawa nila. Dapat mas makapagbigay sila ng detalye sa mga nagtatanong hinde yung lalayo nalang dahil pakiramdam ng pasyente eh naiinis sa kanila yung nagbabantay. Nanay sa OPD na nagbabantay, wag pong masyadong high blood duty nyo po na magbigay ng information sa mga nagtatanong kaya dapat sana maayos ung pakikitungo nyo sa lahat. Naaawa ako sa nakikita ko na umaalis nalang dahil sinusungitan nyo po. Salamat

Poor quality service lalo na ung mga nasa nurse station. Unahin muna nila mag take note ng mga gagawin, lage na lang nila nakakalimutan. Hindi valid na reason ung nakalimutan. Mag take note kayo wag puro daldalan sa nurse station. Mas marami pa follow up ung mga pasyente. Paanu pa kaya kapag emergency? Hindi niyo pa din pupuntahan.

Poor service at quality lalo na ung mga nasa nurse station, tambak na ung mga papel sa suggestion box nila. Binabasa ba nila yan?

I wouldn’t even give a single star to this hospital. They’re really giving their best service base on your status! My 4 yr old son having a high fever, didn’t even move a finger to check on my son. No matter how heavy or light the situation. Show them your stash of cash first!

If you're HMO user, you're not their priority. My parents went their and waited more than 2 hrs just to be told that they have to wait until morning. Mind you, parents was there around 11PM. Very bad service
