As I read some of the reviews, pareparehas ung sinasabi. Panget service, waiting game is so matagal. Well, hndi naman ganun sobrang ka panget. They also have a positive feedback, some of the staff are approachable, some of the doctor are nice and etc.

Siguro depende din sa approach nang patient. Wag sana i judge. Well, this is my opinion and experienced. Kanya kanya naman. Lovelove.

Excellent service from reception, nursing staff, optometrists to doctors. All were friendly and accommodating. They explain you well the pre and post procedures and aftercares. Highly recommended!

From 1 star to 5 star because of Doctora Vilma of Dental! Worth it ang pag aantay dahil sa dami ng pasyente. Sobrang galing ang reassuring. She's warm and funny. Your fear in Dental clinic will be gone in a snap. I love her!

Okay. Let me try to share my experience here along with a few steps of their process as I understood it.

I went here for my pre-employment medical exam. Below are the steps that I experienced:

1. Call the attention of the concierge/staff at the door and inform them of your appointment/consultation.

2. They will give you a number between 1-40. There are at least 40 number tags shaped like a star that is shared with everyone. So the first 40 people will receive the tags, while the rest will only have a number on their paper, totalling to at least 80 people.

3. Once your number is called out, you will submit your papers with the registrar.

4. You have to wait again once your name is called out so you can begin the process: Nurse's station for weight, height, and blood pressure. The drug test, stool sample, and blood sample is handled in the lab in the innermost part of the clinic.

5. Next would be at the Radiology room for your X-ray. Submit your paper and wait again to be called out.

6. Once done, go back to the nurse's station to be scheduled for a medical exam with a doctor. I was informed that the doctor is scheduled to arrive for the medical by 1: 30 pm.

7. At the suggested time, I waited inside. A nurse did a roll-call of the people who would undergo the medical exam. Wait again for your name to be called out by the doctor from their room.

8. Once done with the medical, submit everything to the nurse's station and that's it.

I went here on a Saturday, and started at around 8: 30am. I finished everything by 3: 30pm. So set your expectations that there will be a really long wait between the steps.

There may be different process if your concern is a specific consultation with a doctor and/or checkup.

By the way I had to go back again for my stool sample. After step 1, I immediately went to step 3. I only had to submit my sample at the Lab, and jumped to step 8 and completed my process.

Despite the other not so good reviews, it was somewhat an ok experience.we we're greeted by the staff immediately since we have a reservation ahead of time at thier Refractive Center. Did the screening test on time and we're able to speak to the doctors with an ample time spent for questions and answers. Lasik was done in 11 mins for both eyes.upon the surgery, you companion can view the patient while inside the surgery room and you can take photos and videos.amenities and equipments used are kept clean and hygienic.though might need to be more strict in following health protocols and social distancing guidelines as we noticed alot of patients is only pooled in 1 area and there is no recovery area for post op prior to discharge.

The place is nice and the nurse and staff are polite however I came in around 10: 10Am today due to a follow up on my PPE the scdule of the IM was around 11AM till 2PM they already collected the payment for the consultation and advise me that the doctor would be here around 12NN its already 12: 35PM and still they advise me that the doctor "ay malalate lang po" technically late na talaga yung doctor. So ano to waiting game walang update sa doctor kung nasan na siya.

These people working at this clinic are amazingly stup*d. I read most of the reviews about the service and I would agree they are incompetent, employee’s priority is to chit chat and do other stuff other than accomodating their patients. They’re gonna let you wait until you reach your limit. I came to the clinic to submit my sample at 5: 40pm the guard just told me to wait for someone to call my name, after 30 mins I ask for an update and thats the only time he asked the attending nurse to check my profile and to proceed to the lab so when i got the go signal to proceed to the lab to sumbit my sample they told me that their cut off to receive anything is at 6: 00pm. So, whoa gonna let you guys imagine the trouble that i went through. Thumbs down to this clinic bravo. Another level of bad service.

Waiting was ok and expected
My doctor who I later found out was a reliever mumbled and did not take a look at my chief complaint. I said sore throat, cough and chest pain. And agad said blood test and xray which is fine but he didn't even look at my throat clinically or check my breathing with his stethoscope? I mean isn't that basic.

It's like I could have not been there at all and sent my sister to tell the dr my chief complaint and HPI

Also blood drawn and xray had to be taken twice each. And I get constant blood work and X-rays for school and never had that problem in the lab around pgh area

Also I almost never write reviews but I just thought people should know

Waiting time is 3-4 hours just fora regular check up. When you ask the nurse about queue status, their default answer is “4 patients ahead”. I don’t recommend going to this clinic unless you have a day to spare

There should be a negative 1 rating here so we it will be a more precise feedback.

Been to the clinic 2 times. First time is to inquire about dental appointment, I am using company hmo for the consultation. I wanted to do oral prophylaxis. Someone told me that they only accommodate 7 patients in a day starting 8AM.

So on the second time I went, I arrive quarter to 8 so that I will be accommodated.

Well there was a man who was infront of the line but claims that he is with 2 other patients who are also for dental- they were not around so obviously the two people should not be given a number. He tried calling his companions but no answer.

Other people in the line were also furious about the situation— obviously they are in the line so since it’s a first come, first serve
Basis, then we should be accommodated! They called the doctor and they said that he said if he was in line early he can be given the slots.

There you go, wasted our time to go in the clinic early. Stupid process! Very bad customer management and I feel this applied to all hmo paid clients.
Dear HMO providers, Remove your accreditation on this clinic if possible.

When you arrive here during lunch time or pass 11am. Expect that you'll go home at closing time even if you are only doing a simple test. Their process is so slow. Like you need to fall in line for different people inside just to have you listed. Doctors and nurses take their lunch break at 2pm and you have to wait until they come back. And even if you're already on the list, if there's a follow up check up for some patients in the morning, they will cater to them first. So you'll have to wait again.

I went here for my APE. I came at 1pm and they said that there are no doctors available and there are lots of patients who have been waiting in line since 8am. They didn't have any posts on their socmed about that. They kept entertaining patients and made their clinic so crowded.

I even witnessed a mom shouting on one of their staffs as her daughter has been in their clinic since 8am that day. It was already 3pm-ish when the commotion happened. Her mom said she can't leave the clinic as they don't want to miss their chance to see the doctor and leave immediately. The daughter only had her bfast that day.

I only had my labs on the 1st day. I needed to come back for the doctor's assessment. It's easy for them to say to "come back" at their clinic to finish the APE. What they didn't know is the hassle and the expenses on our side. Prices have gone up yet they wouldn't care about that for their patients.

There's only 1 restroom, so if you'll have to collect your sample, there must a waiting time.

I messaged them on messenger to know things like how to reserve a slot for my APE. They don't know how to respond properly. I feel like they're a government office with no proper communication etiquette. Not a very welcoming team.

I would advise you to go to another and better clinic.

I came here to seek help with my migraine. It was an emergency by that time and I was covered under my HMO. Public Clinic in my place was closed by that time. This Clinic is the neareast. All of the meds I took was not helping so I decided to go here which is Located in MOA. I told them that I can't take the pain anymore. They refuse to accomodate me and was told that I needed to get recommendation from my public Clinic since Covid is still happening by that time. I showed them my latest antigen test, my vaccination card and my HMO. They did not accomodate me and still insisting to get a recommendation papers from Public Clinic in where I am located. I ended up going home without getting treated. My migraine got worsed and was rushed in the hospital in Makati. I will never go back in this Clinic again. I hope that next time they will get staff that is dedicated to their job

Came here last week for tooth extraction. Di daw sila nagbubunot pag puyat. So nagpapaappointment ako, walk in lang daw anytime. So today, nagwalk in ako, hindi na ko puyat, tapos yung receptionist nila napakataray. 6 patients lang daw ang inaaccomodate ng dentist. Sabi ko galing na ko last week and pinapa walk in ako anytime. Di na talaga ko tinanggap. Di manlang ako pinakausap sa dentist na nakausap ko last week. Bakit kasi naghihire sila ng walang modo na staff? Di na ba uso ngayon yung pleasing personality?
