Borough Medical Clinic - SM Mall of Asia reviews
44Sobrang sayang oras dito, ok naman lab test service nila pero sobrang tagal ng result at doctor, nagsabe sila na bumalik for result ng 1: 30 pero pag hihintayen ka nila ng sobrang tagal.at ung mga nurse sobrang rude, tatanungin mo lng lhat nakasimangot, ok pa ung nsa pinto na lalaki mabait pero wla den alam masyado basta paghihintayen knlng and thats it.very dissapointing expirience, kunde lng eto nirefer ng qvc d aq pupunta dito
The doctor is rude who thinks his opinion is the only valid opinion in the room. I went for a second opinion and that doctor contradicted most of what my first doctor said. (and the nerve of the first doctor to say that you wouldn't even need second opinion because it is what it is) Shame on you!
Tatawag pa lang ako to book an appointment binababaan na kaagad ako do I need to say more sa ibang reviews dito?
Incompetent clinic that denies service without checking in on what happened. Not a good experience at all.
Why do you keep hanging up with customers calling your line? You could've just picked up and ask the calling person to be on hold instead of dropping the line.
This is the worse most inefficient clinic. Nurses have bad attitude and very slow and would rather gossip in the middle of work.
As much as you can stay away! Look for better clinic with passable service because this one cannot even be one.
Okay. Let me try to share my experience here along with a few steps of their process as I understood it.
I went here for my pre-employment medical exam. Below are the steps that I experienced:
1. Call the attention of the concierge/staff at the door and inform them of your appointment/consultation.
2. They will give you a number between 1-40. There are at least 40 number tags shaped like a star that is shared with everyone. So the first 40 people will receive the tags, while the rest will only have a number on their paper, totalling to at least 80 people.
3. Once your number is called out, you will submit your papers with the registrar.
4. You have to wait again once your name is called out so you can begin the process: Nurse's station for weight, height, and blood pressure. The drug test, stool sample, and blood sample is handled in the lab in the innermost part of the clinic.
5. Next would be at the Radiology room for your X-ray. Submit your paper and wait again to be called out.
6. Once done, go back to the nurse's station to be scheduled for a medical exam with a doctor. I was informed that the doctor is scheduled to arrive for the medical by 1: 30 pm.
7. At the suggested time, I waited inside. A nurse did a roll-call of the people who would undergo the medical exam. Wait again for your name to be called out by the doctor from their room.
8. Once done with the medical, submit everything to the nurse's station and that's it.
I went here on a Saturday, and started at around 8: 30am. I finished everything by 3: 30pm. So set your expectations that there will be a really long wait between the steps.
There may be different process if your concern is a specific consultation with a doctor and/or checkup.
By the way I had to go back again for my stool sample. After step 1, I immediately went to step 3. I only had to submit my sample at the Lab, and jumped to step 8 and completed my process.
Despite the other not so good reviews, it was somewhat an ok experience.we we're greeted by the staff immediately since we have a reservation ahead of time at thier Refractive Center. Did the screening test on time and we're able to speak to the doctors with an ample time spent for questions and answers. Lasik was done in 11 mins for both eyes.upon the surgery, you companion can view the patient while inside the surgery room and you can take photos and videos.amenities and equipments used are kept clean and hygienic.though might need to be more strict in following health protocols and social distancing guidelines as we noticed alot of patients is only pooled in 1 area and there is no recovery area for post op prior to discharge.
I went inside. There are three staffs in the counter. I tried to ask a question but seems like nobody is there. They all laugh about nonsense stuffs.
Super disappointing.
The waiting game is crazy! I went there at 8am and I was accommodated 7pm. Filipino time is really present there which, I think, a medical doctor should avoid. Also they made me feel like I was being compromised when they discovered that I am using my ValuCare card instead of paying cash. Just sharing my experience.
Waited for 2 hours for a dentist to come, told to me they will start 8: 30. Arrived 8, front desk told me they will start 9. It's 10: 30am and no one still arrived. Not even a secretary. Please don't practice Filipino time if you're in the Medical Service Industry
NAPAKA WALANG KWENTA NITONG MEDICAL CLINIC NA TO! DI MANLANG NILA ISIPIN YUNG ORAS NG IBANG TAO. 10 AM PA LANG NANDITO NA KAMI, 2 PM NA NGAYON WALA PA DIN MAG TATANONG KA SA RECEPTION SASABIHIN ISA LANG ANG DOCTOR. EH INUUNA PA ANG CHISMIS AT CELLPHONE NG MGA STAFF!
The doctor was rude and thinks his opinion was better than the other doctors i had consulted. I also had an ultrasound the same day and the room was unsanitary. There was a tissue and opened condom wrapper laying around the ultrasound room.
The wait time here is crazy especially for dental appointments. The staff are also not accommodating and don't have any sense of urgency. The doctors are already in and the nurses are all there, but they wouldn't start catering to patients 'cause they're still eating and gossiping. Mind you, this is during the start of the day. It took them 2 hours to start accommodating their first patient. They should learn to respect other people's time. Will never come back here again.
Napakatagal. Tpos yung clothing na ginagamit sa xray isa lang wala ng palit palit.
8: 32 ako pumunta para matapos ng maaga. 11 pa din ang Tapos.
Walang sistema.
Probably the nicest medical clinic I've ever been too. They were all courteous and accommodating.
They declined my calls for some inquires, then I tried to visit the clinic to inquire and the guy on the reception is not accommodating. It seems he hate his Job, he doesn't want to talk to the customer, wasted my time and money for the parking.
Very poor cutomer service! How dissapointing!
Very unprofessional customer service representative, halatang mga tinamad empleyado nyo. Will not recommend this clinic to others.
From 1 star to 5 star because of Doctora Vilma of Dental! Worth it ang pag aantay dahil sa dami ng pasyente. Sobrang galing ang reassuring. She's warm and funny. Your fear in Dental clinic will be gone in a snap. I love her!
This is the worst testing center i have been. Was here 8am and they could not start because receptionist has not arrived. They keep saying 9am but 9am came and go and the very important receptionist has not yet arrived. Im suprised on the level of incompetency of the staff here. No back up and no one seems to know what to do without the receptionist.
