Visit us to apply for your license!
It's really hard to achieve the purpose of each division of labor in the facility.
There is also a problem with the window.
Each of them has a long waiting time and takes a whole day.
Well, it can't be helped.

It's super hot and slow in the lobby, and very much noisy, there is a church in the lobby and people always talking and preaching and singing nearby.you can barely hear what the officers inside said, had to ask again and again.super hard.i hope you know the rules and prepared everything needed, like water and fan and enough photo copy, otherwise you will need to go photo copy shop which is 200m far away again and again.

Very poor. The requirements on the official
LTO government website differ from the information given at the head office. My conversion of international license was declined because I apparently need to take a practical test, despite holding a full drivers license which is not expired. The website states I don’t need to take any tests. No explanation given by staff.

As of March 23,2022: Temperature checks not enforced in entrances, social distancing not enforced in seated queues, no available hand sanitizers at window counters, and insufficient seats and ventilation at the 2nd floor of the LETAS building (seniors not even prioritized), while some people in the room are coughing. Don't expect to get your license quickly even if you arrive early (I've been in line since 6am). Your sequence won't matter once you get to the encoding stage. The penalty for your traffic violation won't just be your payment and demerits, but also the risk of getting sick and lost time due to inefficiencies. Their service could be better.

This is the main office of the agency that regulates land transport in the Philippines, including annual registration of motor vehicles and issuance of franchises to bus companies and drivers' licenses. It has branches all through out the Philippines.

Mabagal na proseso.nung nagkamali pa sila sa pagprocess ng license ko e pagbabayarin pa ako ng dagdag at pababalikin ako kinabukasan.

No clear process workflow of the steps need to be taken by the client.
No one is explaining which is which.
No numbering technology is being utilized. Just calling of names.
Not so friendly people will welcome you (person getting the ticket)
Guard is very helpful
Person behind the counter is just using his cellphone

This is where you go as a foreigner to convert your license. You will need to bring a passport and your drivers license. You need to make copies of them, which you can do at the site for 3 php per page. Then you will need to get a medical certificate which costs about 500 php. After that you just approach the counter, take pictures, signature and so on. The license itself costs 850 php.

I was here during work hours on a monday and the process was quite fast, only about 20 minutes at the actual office. You get the license during your visit. Just avoid the Fixers outside.

Lto as known to others is a government agency that deals with licences and franchise. It's a regulatory body to ensure the legitimacy of use of any type of transportations. In transacting with them it should be known that there are lots of people going in and out doing their personal transactions. Be there early to finish early. And always bring your necessary documents to avoid repeat visits.

Super slow, wanted to add restriction and fix address after they mess up my license during forigner license conversion, had to do eye exam (a month after first license conversion eye exam), do test, at first day I had two hours, wasn't enough, left mid process and decided to come back next day. 4 hours for 3 windows and a min practical test.

They need better queue system.they still call by name than they can do the simplest by application number and screen.

You listen to music during the wait.you will miss the call.

I hope this review get seen by officials who can get this mess up fixed

It's super nice. Less crowd, fast work.

So this is for every foreigner who have their valid foreign license, especially Indians with DL (Driving License).

DON'T FALL FOR ANY AGENT.

Important Documents:

#Passport (1 copy front, back and Visa page)
#Visa valid for at least 5 months.
#Original valid foreign license. (Original DL, 1 copy)
#Bring ACR with you (sometimes they ask for it, sometimes they don't).

Step 1
Get your medical done, which costs you 350 to 500, depending on where you got it. Mine costs 450 pesos.

Step 2
And then go to window 1 or 2 for an Application form and evaluation of your documents. (Don't listen to any agent after getting medical certificate. They will try and convince you to pay them to get your license.)

Step 3
Get one form, fill that right away and submit at the same window. Follow instructions which windows come next (which is usually indicated in the premise). Within 30-45 mins, you will get your Philippines driving license.

(Bring food/water with you in case system goes offline).

May sign sila na tratuhin ng maayos ang personnel para maayos din trato sa customer, pero sila mismo yung bastos kahit ang ayos ng approach. And 6 hours para lang sa lisensya? Nope

This is the main branch in QC on East Ave. You have to appear in person for a new license. Go to a satellite at SM North or Ali Mall for renewal. You can get req med cert and xerox next door. Recommend checking in first w license teller before getting everything. Requirements change and LTO website isn’t always current. You’ll need to spend 2-4 hours to get your paperwork submitted, photo. Good news is you’ll walk out with a license and they don’t mail to you!

Personnel could be a lot nicer and more courteous. Red tape and collusion with private groups/interests still obversed

I visited the LTO for the purpose of converting my foreign license to a local non-professional license. It took me about 30 minutes overall, and that includes filling out the form, taking the DL picture, signature, fingerprints, payment, and release of a brand new drivers license in card form. This does not include the medical check, but that really takes only 5 minutes in a separate building
