Land Transportation Office reviews
38Sobrang init sa waiting area, tapos pag pasok mo sa loob ang init pa din kasi yung dalawang malaking electric fan halos wala ng lumalabas na hangin.
This LTO is open during pandemic. It is better to make an appointment in person for emission tests. The queue without appointment is long, takes 10mins for each car so 6 cars ahead will be 1 hour of waiting. An appointed day will be on first come first served basis, be early too.
Helpful Lto Officers. Helping the Senior Citizens and always mindful of social distancing. Keep it up.
For car registration you have to know what to do. If not, ask. You just need to ask the officers there. Say no to fixers. Actually wala ng fixer. That will make your transaction faster rather than complaining and guessing where to go. The emission testing is just behind the office. It has 4 emission testing centers. That’s enough to accommodate everyone. But you need to be early. I give this office 5 star. Fast service.
Very disappointing! Particularly the staffs in the record section. Since my transaction here was transfer of ownership, from the MV inspector I was directed to handover my documents to window 7 (record section) and apparently the staffs here were not that accommodating nor helpful. They're not efficient on their job and never value the time of their clientele. I wasted 3 hrs of my time just waiting for them to retrieve the records of the MV I was transacting. They didnt have the heart of a true public servant, they were the typical "power tripper" type govt.employee.
Improvements in service have been made since last time I renewed here. Fast service, released immediately, no lines.
Done in 30mins. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Specially customer service personnel
Very efficient service and accommodating personnel. Got my car's registration finished in less than an hour. Yun lang, may mga tauhan sa kalapit na emission center na hindi marunong mag-assess ng sasakyan, hindi alam kung kelangan ipa-emmission test or hindi.
The place is hot, too many similar information to write on multiple papers, concierge is not accomodating.
This place is not exactly an ideal government agency office. Being a Land Transportation Office would certainly require a huge parking area where vehicle inspections can be performed, a comfortably clean customer area with good ventilation and a nice clean restroom. Hope improvements can be made.
A plus factor - service for senior citizens is fast and really prioritized.
Called to verify registration of our recently purchased Honda City. They were very helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. Great job!
I have a bias against government offices. I still believe that ours reek in graft and corruption.
However, for this branch of LTO, there isn't a long queue unlike the one in N. Domingo. I still do not understand what the emission test is for when there are still plenty of vehicles which emit black smoke on the road.
Online appointment make sense more power lto san district office started renewing my license at 8: 47 am recieved my new licensed at 8: 57 ang bilis almost 10 minutes lang for
renewal friendly stafg from helpdesk to releasing more power to you all guys keep it up
Renewed My Professional Driver license today.it took me less than 20 minutes for all transactions. I've got my new ID.
Poor license renewal service. Waiting time 2 to 3 hours. The people have no regard for their clients.
Mabilis ung service kaya lang plates wala pa din and pagtumatawag sa landline palaging busy halos the whole day
I will be renewing my car. Wala pang plate and invalid motor vehicle number and plate number.what the heck LTO.matawagan ko rin nga.
Intermittent internet connection = delay in card printing. Plus really inefficient process in license issuance. About one person processed per 10-15 minutes. Bring your patience. Plus side is they are already issuing 5-yr license cards. Come really early for faster processing; they open at 6am.
