Limited slot for renewal with change of details/classification. Seriously 90 slot per day for sp to np and change of classification? Hahaha. Tapos yung guard nyo nagbibigay ng form e ayaw yata sa ginagawa nya. Arogante, Bastos at mayabang. Kaya di maubos ubos ang back log nyo dahil sobrang limitado ng slot nyo. Haha.

I failed my first take, which was understable. I got like 41/60, and the lady said the passing was 45. I came back the next day, paid again, and this time reached the 45/60 mark. Pero, this time they said the passing was 49. When we tried complaining, they said it was 48. They keep changing the passing score for new drivers. It's just confusing and a waste of time and money since they made me do biometrics all over again.

Basta may insurance ka na bago pumunta sa LTO mabilis lang magpa rehistro.

Went to LTO Las Piñas for Car Registration Renewal. The thing to note is that aside from the limited parking, parking space is really narrow. I roamed around 3x before I was able to park.

Prepared ₱5,000 for overall process.

They give priority to Senior & PWD Card Holders. If you're not a holder on any of the two, best prepare the WHOLE DAY for processing. Wait time can also be improved.

If you're hungry, there are carenderias present in the vicinity.

Got my Non-pro DL here. Accomodating ang employees. Malaki ang parking space sa loob.

Maging aware sana sa lahat na may mga corrupt talaga na tauhan. Sinisingil ako ng 500 nagpaticket na lang ako kesa mapunta sa bulsa ng mga ito. Sana naman maging fair kayo sa lahat hindi puro mga naka Motorcycle lang ang pinipili niyo ticket-an. Mawala na sana ang mga tao ganito. Mga nangongotong.

Last punta ko mga August for car registration. Grabe nag offline online nangyari. 6: 30 ako nag punta mga 3pm na ko nakalabas.

Arrived quarter to 7am on a Wednesday to apply for a new Driver’s license. The waiting area could benefit from some better cooling, but the exam rooms for the written test are air conditioned. Generally, the staff were nice and helpful.

For the practical driving exam, you can bring your own vehicle if you prefer, or you can rent one of their cars, but the vehicles they have are pretty trash honestly and I was surprised the one I rented was even running at all.

Whole process took about 3 hours and I left with my license at around 10am.

Finally, got my license!
The good thing about this office is that I was able to finish the transaction in 1 day, from Medical exam to Getting my actual license card. Madami din upuan so di ka maghihintay ng nakatayo. Clear naman yung process kahit medyo matagal.

But there are definitely things about this branch that I dislike.
It's mostly about the fact that they have a lot of rude staffs. Hahaha na experience ko first hand how they treat you na parang wala kang alam. They are super impatient for some reason. Kahit simple yes or no lang ang sagot and one time ka lang mag- ask, galit sila agad. Maybe I'm just too sensitive but I don't think applicants should be treated that way. Example yung ipagsisigawan sa room that you failed the exam, na hindi kaba marunong gumamit ng computer, mga ganun.

Thankfully, the guards and staffs outside the office are really nice and helpful.

In conclusion, sa ibang branch na lang siguro ako mag renew come 2027.

Renewed my driver's license here. Compared to five years ago, the flow is more orderly and streamlined. There are relatively fewer people too. Perhaps because of the advent of numerous satellite license renewal centers in malls. Still took a while for the renewal process to be completed from start to finish. Got there at 8 am, was done just before 11 am. But the wait wasn't as stressful as it used to be. It also helped that I began the renewal process online. Didn't need to fill out any forms. There is a clinic of sorts within the premises where you can have your medical exam done. Employees are also relatively more pleasant than they used to be. So dealing with them is no longer as anger-inducing. Just be sure to pay attention when your name is called. If you already have a record, they already have your photo and signature on file and you will have the option to change them or just use the existing ones which save a little time. What's new is the fingerprint capture. Overall, as long as you have all your requirements in hand, the license renewal process will go smoothly.

Not bad not that good.online transaction should be implemented too much crowd and a very long waiting line is so frustrating.hindi na nag improve system not like sa ibang bansa isang form isang pila bayad then makukuha mo na license mo or registration ng sasakyan mo.move forward Pinas naiiwan na tayo.

Finally got my non-pro. If you're planning to get a new non-pro license at umuwi ng maaga, I suggest na pumunta at pumila na agad kayo ng mga 5AM. Pumila kami sa LTO ng mga 5: 15 AM and pang-6 at 7 na kami sa pila. Around 10 ay nakuha na namin yung license.

My only concern is sana ayusin nila yung mga sasakyan na ginagamit pang practical test. 250 PHP each ang binayad namin sa rent pero bulok naman ang sasakyan. Also, I hope ayusin ng ibang staff yung ugali nila kasi some are ill-tempered lalo na sa written and practical exam banda. Pag nagkamali ka o may tanong lang ay susungitan ka pa haha.
