MC (currently with MV file) Renewal 2022

7AM - Rising Sun Emission Test: 450 php
- Was advised to go first to LTO to check if there is already a plate number for my MC to ensure I didn't have to do it again if there is already a plate number assigned to me so I waited til 8AM for LTO to open

830-9AM - Emmision Test done

910 -925 - motor vehicle inspection at the far left side - NO fee

930 AM - 10AM - Stronghold Insurance right in front of LTO charged me 400php for TPL. Cebuana Lhuillier located near CAA only charges 300 php for TPL and optional 150 php for insurance on the driver too. In my case, I wasn't able to get since they want me to go back first to LTO to have my motorcycles plate number uploaded in the system as they can't see it yet.hard pass.

10AM -1130AM - Got my renewal for 380 php plus change location fee of 100 php

Renewal of registration now gives you a 2 page bond paper as proof of renewal and it looks like its only been photocopied or printed in low quality

3 stars coz of this to and fro travels I made to make it happen. I expected they are already caught up with everything and not so much people due to less numbers related to covid. Its still slow unfortunately.

Every employee is helpful and prompt, especially the field officers. Thank you

Tip: it's best you have done your emission test outside even though they have one inside. But if you prefer to do a 1-stop shop, it's best you come before 8am. I came around 8: 30am and my car was scheduled for emission test in 1pm a because of high volume of customers.

One stop shop.
* LTO office (licenses, vehicle registrations)
* Emissions testing center
* HPG office (for transfer of ownership of vehicles)

Be wary. Fixers abound. Your choice if you want to avail of their services.

A nice place to register a vehicle and apply as well as renew driving licenses. The only only drawback observed was full of people transacting business and somewhat very hard to find a parking lot for a vehicle.
