33If you need to get a license or register your motorized vehicle this place is the one of the best LTO office.all staff is approachable they also have a place for IMVS so you dont need to go somewhere else to check your vehicle or motorcycle.

Midyo my kabagalan yong taxi masakyan nmin, at my kunting aberya, flat ang gulong, pero safe parin nakarating sa LTO office.
I had a complete papers for my vehicle registration renewal (emission, insurance), still inabot parin ng 4 hours long to process.
Fast and convenient process. Staffs are good and the place is clean. They have a small store inside so you can buy foods while waiting no need to go outside just to buy foods. I will give 5 stars because the process of license is fast unlike other LTO offices that you will spend many hours waiting until the next step. I get my license early than I expected. Thank you so much.
Waited too long for the releasing of my car renewal and cancellation of mortgage. No foot traffic but I dont know.some staffs are not serious on their job. But thanks to Ms. Edna who helped me a lot.
Maganda yung lugar maayos naman may extra waiting area na may speaker para marinig mo yung tinatawag.
I will give 1 star. Though the whole system is ORGANIZED. Just to remind all applicants for license and permits.do not come here wearing slippers. Just wear shoes pls. They sell socks for 50pesos and its a scam.
Too many Red Tape. Very disorganized. Arrived 9am, i had to wait for about 7hrs only to tell me to go back tomorrow. They are telling lame excuses like slow internet and system upgrade (duhh, your system upgrade took weeks to complete? And slow internet on the age of FIBER and 5G network?) The marshalls are blatantly allowing others to enter and get their OR at the cost of you know what i'm talking about. I've been getting my renewal here for 3 years and year by year it's getting worse.
If you are going to the LTO Office on weekdays please make a plan ahead, do some research of what you are going to do within the premises (New application, Renewal, Settlement of Violation), Fill-up your forms and be ready with your requirements and your photocopies of requirements and Identification Card. Be observant and ask staffs if you have questions. Be on time (have you appointment/schedule with you). Have a great day!
Staff attitude, sobrang bagal mag process for MC Registration, sobrang haba ng pila usad pagong, kawawa mga senior at mga babae maghapon naghintay jan, daming nagrereklamong nakapila dinakakatuwa serbisyo nyo

At the time of writing (June 2022)
. LTO is going through a systems upgrade that impeded the processing of MV Renewal Registrations.
. The Office posted an advisory informing motorists about the system upgrade.
. Once accomplished, hopefully the upgrade would have a positive impact to the registration process.
Sa ibang branch nalang kayo kumuha ng license. Isakripisyo nyo na yung byahe. 7 am pa kame dito, mahigit 8 hours wala pang exam.
Paputol putol ang conection nila. Mas madalas pa yung offline kesa sa online eh. Natatagalan tuloy ang serbisyo kaya ang haba ng pila sa labas. Kawawa naman yung mga nasa bilaran. Tapos, the next day, bumalik ako for payments. Tanghali na magpapasok. Bastos pa yung nag aayos ng pila
Since pandemic medyo abala since need appointment. D tulad dati na 1 day kaya matapos ang processing. Btw sobra mahal ng medical 500 pesos para sa color blind at snellen chart reading.
Hindi maayos ang pila, halo halo pag dating sa taas. Mabagal din process. We were there around 9am and we're done by 4pm
I give you 2 stars. Very stressful. Napakabagal ng serbisyo ninyo. Ang layo sa inaasahan na ilang minute lang ang transaction. May nanghihingi pa ng lagay para daw mabilis.
Very slow the processing of license, too many applicant but out of stuff, from morning up to 6: 30 PM.
Baka naman puede ninyo ako itxt pinaiwan ninyo yung cp no. Ko para itext ninyo pag gawa na mag close na kayo wala pa din.kayo naman nagkamali sa paglagay ng amount sa computer. Ako nagsuffer. Nakaka high blood. Kung di ko pa sinabi uuwi na ko paghihintayin nyo ko maghapon.
