Land Transportation Office Valenzuela

Due to switching to the new system, processing is very slow. Registration and Change Ownership took me 4 hours. Still, after the hurdles of switching to a newer system, processing will be faster in the near future.

Malinis, has enough parking to accommodate the number of people na pumupunta and the guards are friendly. Right next to it is yung PMVIC so di ka na lalayo. Mabilis ko din natapos registration renewal ko since they are well-equipped.

Staff were very courteous. Process was smooth ang efficient. Strict on health protocols which I very much appreciate.

Unfortunately it was a very slow process and the one staff from the examination room was very rude.

Good job po kau jan sa LTO Valenzuela DO Medyo matagal nga lang sa 2 hours ang hintayan pag registered ng vehicle pero ok na din.mababait sila.good job po mga maam at sir.salute.

Fast and convenient even if they are enforcing social distancing. The PMVIC is absolutely the best and state of the art.
My only complain is the price of the CTPL being sold inside the ARCA LTO. It is way way expensive.better get yours from Cebuana or other accredited insurance company OUTSIDE ARCA bldg.

Fast transaction and not crowded. However, some staff were rude. But what's new with government employees lol

Had my vehicle registered here and the process is smooth. The personnel from counter 6 is also approchable and friendly, she will guide you on what you'll need to do.

PMVIC - the area is clean and they have an organized layout of the facility.
They also have a small canteen where you can have snacks while waiting for your vehicle. Also, there's a tv screen on the wall where you can check the status of the inspection.

Renewal of license and OR/CR is very quick, unlike with other LTO branches that I have been, this is the most fastest service I have experience came there at almost 8: 45am, the teller said that I would be home already 9: 30am if I had hear my name called, we we're told to go down because its too crowded inside maybe my name was called during the time I was walking downstairs, I think what is longer will be those who are newly applying for license. But overall service here is really great. I would rather renew my license here even I am located at Malabon or Caloocan.

I contacted this number for inquiries about licensing and the woman that answered was very rude. Also this number is only for car registration ONLY, that was made very clear by the woman.

Mabilis ng transaction ko sa pagkuha ng student permit. Overprice yong medical Php 350 mas mahal pa sa kinuha naming Student Permit (Php 318). Vision and weight lang check Php 350 na.
