This is a hidden gem for driver's license applications. In particular, if you want additional services like change of address (use an LTO form at the office).

Aircon, not too many people transacting, parking available at the building (P60 for cars, P40 ata pag motorcycle), the LTO officer even tells you to grab lunch first while they check your license. The clinic costs more at P600 (450 at the regular LTO office). - better to do walk in applications here.do it now, before the word gets out and everyone shows up here instead

Ayun prinocess nya putchaaa nag kwekwnthan pa sila nag tatawanan.

*new driver's license application*

Arrived infront of the LTO around 11: 30am. Went to window 3 to ask for a queue number and showed my printed ADL too. The guy gave me a new ADL form (the green one) and told me to fill it out. Unfortunately, our printed forms from the LTO website were not accepted but that's okay.

We waited for 30mins before our names got called to pay 100 pesos at window 23. Then around 3: 30pm, we got called for the computerized written exam. Around 4: 15pm, we went to the parking for the LTO practical test. The instructor and other personnel were nice. Before the guy told us we passed, he informed us of the things we need to improve on.

Got our license around 5: 25pm. All in all, we had a good experience at the LTO-PITX. But it would be nice if they can add more computers for the written test to reduce waiting time.
