The worst branch ever. I will never come back here. You just ruined my birthday. Worst service!

Ordered via website and paid ahead at 9: 30 am for delivery 12-12: 50pm. I call to follow up at 12: 55 and they hadn't even seen the order! The reason? No internet connection so they couldn't check it! Pambihira! So now we have to wait another 40 mins, we can't even cancel because the order has been prepaid! PATHETIC. I cannot fathom the INCOMPETENCE.

Grabe lang sa delivery sobra tagal order. Gutom ka na di pa rin dating! 3hrs bago dumating advanced na nga para sa merienda dinner na pala darating. Dapat yun time na sinabi nila kapag late its free na yung dapat sa kanila! Baguhin nila yung delivery nila!

Quite disappointed. Pasta and lamb chops were overcooked. Not going back there. They've lost what I used to love in that place.

Super slow serving and incompetent waiters

We were there last week of december at the north ventis branch in the evening. The waiter told us that they have run out of bruschetta and forgot to bring one portion of meetballs. Also nobody asked for drink orders so we only had water. Also when we ordered sweets they told us that they run out of tiramisu and suggested the cannoli that got left on the table as they were bad.

My high regards with mama lous restaurant ruined by the security guard almazan under mulawin agency. Please make sure you train your guards how to assist your customers at the parking area. I may not visit there for the next couple of months.

We ordered pizza, lasagna, oriental and ceasar salad, risotto, mushroom soup and gambas. Of all the orders i liked gambas the best, the others are just ordinary. Oriental sauce also tastes good

Place is clean. Coffee was served cold. Staff not accomodating and not friendly. Took a long time for the staff to come when service is needed like additional orders

Another home grown restaurant right in the heart of BF Homes. Very popular for those cravings for some Italian cooked meals. An old house converted to a restaurant. Aside from the dining area inside the restaurant they also have al fresco seating. They have the usual pizzas, pastas and some. They have a variety of drinks as well. Cost of food a bit pricey. Friendly staff and nice ambiance. Ordered pesto pasta, bruschetta, gambas and cannoli for desserts. The bread they used in bruschetta is not the usual french bread but breads cut into squares. The penne pesto is quite disappointing, it lack the aroma and taste of basil. Their Italian sardine pasta saved the day and their coffee is good. Their cannoli is not as good as the one they serve from their sister company.

The food was OK the Ossobuco was salty the Mashed potatoes were stale. The Pepata was great. The Rigatoni was free used my citi card. The all meat pizza was good. The spaghetti bolonaise was ordinary the Lasagna was good. The meat and cheese platter was only one meat available. The mushroom soup was bland. The appitiser came out 20 minutes after the first lot of mains got delivered. Two of our party had finished thier meal well before the last main course was delivered.

This is good Italian restaurant. Quality of ingredients used are good. They have branches in makati and bgc also.

Good food, pricing is adequate, good, family friendly atmosphere. Only issue can be some lagging service at times, but otherwise polite.

Service was very very slow.mixed up my bill and waited 15 20 min for my card to be back. Apart from food. Things are slow. And it's pace.

Food was really good but! Staffs are hindi maganda. Needs to educate more.and out side seat, pls wipe often.

The place during the time of our visit was not that crowded however, the place needs maintenance especially the leaking AC with a bucket to collect the drips. Service time is within the nomal 10 to 15 minute wait and the food taste is not that exceptional

This quaint restaurant is a classic. They have now expanded and opened branches in commercial locations but nothing beats the homey feel of this main branch.

Of all the restaurants in BF Homes, this one you'll have to go to intentionally since it's quite apart from the "Food and Bar" street of BF Homes. BUT it's worth coming over. Pizza, pasta, tapas and more at excellent quality coupled with the restaurant's laid back and homey ambience gives you the best experience if you're just winding down from work or just trying to chill. Their very friendly and professional staff are always attentive and will always try to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff and servers all have veey welcoming and pleasant attitudes however me and my family who regularly eat out at this branch have been met with slight dissapointment upon ordering and recieving our food. The pizza was how id describe a bit soggy and the pesto risotto was as how a filipino mother would say "basang sinaing" and lacking the pesto flavor in generall, although we've told the staff about our concerns the dissapoitment was still there, i appreciate the efforts on the free gelatino to make up for the food as we have never had gelatino before. Nonetheless pur experince was still good and not to worry as we shall always return as always because everyone has bad days and good days, everyone makes mistakes, and we believe in second chances.

We went to Mama Lou's BF branch on a Sunday. It was early evening but the place was full. We usually love the food in this place but last Sunday the food was not up to par with their usual quality. (We also ate here last month and a few other times in the last 4-5 months). The fried chicken pieces were not as tasty and were much smaller than before, the fries were oily and not as crispy, the vongole pasta was too oily, the truffle pasta had too much sauce. The salpicao was as delicious as before and the pizza was good. But overall, there was a noticeable dip in the usual quality of the food served. Perhaps this was because there were more diners than usual and there were so many grab takeouts. I still gave 4 stars because I would grade our previous dining experiences here 5/5. This time it was 3/5. I hope they can maintain the quality of their food and service even if they have a lot of customers. This is one of our favorite dining places.
