Ordered pizza, pasta and salad.they're all great.authentic.italian food.parking is a challenge though, but they have security guards yo assist you

Super slow serving and incompetent waiters

The Gnocchi was legit

The first time I’ve ever tasted Gnocchi was in a restaurant overseas. That was the first and only.

So, when I got the chance to dine at Mama Lou’s and saw it on the menu, of course I ordered it.

It was perfect, chewy, tasty, cheesy.

If there was anything, the staff took more than 30 minutes to present the bill. They must have been understaffed when I visited. But that was a year ago, so will come back again for the gnocchi

Quite a long queue for dinner - I would suggest to either make a reservation or be there early to get a seat inside the airconditioned area.

Food was good, though there was no wow factor to make it to 5 stars. Best Italian restaurant in the area so far.

This is good Italian restaurant. Quality of ingredients used are good. They have branches in makati and bgc also.

Good food, pricing is adequate, good, family friendly atmosphere. Only issue can be some lagging service at times, but otherwise polite.

Really great Italian food! Cost is slightly expensive, but if you have Zomato Gold, it's worth it.

Service was very very slow.mixed up my bill and waited 15 20 min for my card to be back. Apart from food. Things are slow. And it's pace.

Food is just great! Homey atmosphere. Takes time for the food to be served but its worth the wait.

Food was really good but! Staffs are hindi maganda. Needs to educate more.and out side seat, pls wipe often.

The place during the time of our visit was not that crowded however, the place needs maintenance especially the leaking AC with a bucket to collect the drips. Service time is within the nomal 10 to 15 minute wait and the food taste is not that exceptional

This quaint restaurant is a classic. They have now expanded and opened branches in commercial locations but nothing beats the homey feel of this main branch.

Of all the restaurants in BF Homes, this one you'll have to go to intentionally since it's quite apart from the "Food and Bar" street of BF Homes. BUT it's worth coming over. Pizza, pasta, tapas and more at excellent quality coupled with the restaurant's laid back and homey ambience gives you the best experience if you're just winding down from work or just trying to chill. Their very friendly and professional staff are always attentive and will always try to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable.

This was the second time I went to Mama Lou's, the first time I had the seafood aglio olio and liked it so much. I ordered the same item on my second visit and sadly it wasn't how I remembered it, it was just so-so. The other items we ordered were ok. Place has a nice old home ambience. They only had two high chairs for toddlers so we had to wait for another group to finish as we had three kids with us. It's worth a try if you like Italian food.

We were there last week of december at the north ventis branch in the evening. The waiter told us that they have run out of bruschetta and forgot to bring one portion of meetballs. Also nobody asked for drink orders so we only had water. Also when we ordered sweets they told us that they run out of tiramisu and suggested the cannoli that got left on the table as they were bad.

Pretty good Italian. Excellent quality food for the price. Service was fantastic. It was not too crowded at lunch time. Seems like there was not a whole lot of parking in the area. Overall a great dining experience.

My high regards with mama lous restaurant ruined by the security guard almazan under mulawin agency. Please make sure you train your guards how to assist your customers at the parking area. I may not visit there for the next couple of months.

If you are looking for well prepared Italian Food down south, this has to be on your shortlist. We had a family dinner last Dec 24, it was considerably busy but the staff was still kind and helpful. Food was good and tasty with a nice homey ambiance.

Happy tummy every single time.
Can't get enough of the rib eye and the seafood olio pasta.
